The worst customer experience ever! The Bosch dishwasher I bought did not fit and they took it back to the warehouse. I arranged for a site survey the following week. They did the survey but never gave me the results and no one called me. When I called them, they helped me identify a new LG dishwasher that is supposed to fit. It has been over six weeks, they appear to have misplaced the Bosch dishwasher and have now charged my credit card. I have called at least 10 time and can never speak with the same person. The Bosch dishwasher appears to be in transit and until they find it they will not credit my account. They have not made the exchange and I continue to call on an almost daily basis and have not been able to resolve the matter. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.

I have never left a bad review with Best Buy until now. I have used in home services before, with positive results. Not this time - it was all negative. Never was contacted for a in home consult. The persons who came to the measurements were deliverymen/installers?, that was uninformed about what was needed. Supposedly, the measurements were forwarded to Best Buy for purchase. I was told Best Buy would be contacting me about this. That was on Wednesday January 17th. Nothing but crickets, radio silence- have heard a word, and still waiting. I will take matters in my own hand with an in-store visit sometime during the second week of February. This is unfortunate.

The process of purchasing and delivery of a new microwave was smooth and timely.

Horrible service, I know the guy come from a good place, but for a mediocre work, we been withouta range since Aug 20th, by today (Nov 29th) the installation cannot be completed due a lack of information given to the "expert" that come that day. He measure the space and now is 3in shorter, also they recommend a range that only works with jucntion box now we have to pay extra money to an external contractor to set the electric to finally get the range install. Costumer service is horrible, my appointment was moved 5 times and the deliver date was changed 3 times without notice. Now i vbe been abput 45 mins on the phone trying to get some solutiions, and no even compensation or regret for the worse service ever.

I can easily perform the required measurements for our refrigerator installation, but I figured the service is free, so why not. the technician was professional and quickly completed the measurements. he also introduced so dimension elements that I probably would not have considered doing the measurement myself.

It was a very positive experience. The customer service representatives who came to verify the measurements were very polite, friendly and thorough. Very professional!

I had difficulty in getting audio from a relatively new Roku player. THe representative understood my issue and was very patient helping me adjust the settings on my TV, making sure that I understood the steps to take in the future and waiting while I tested it out.

I was very pleased with the knowledgeable young man, Carlos, that came to measure for my new Kitchen Aide cooktop.

Great customer service from a pretty darn good organization.

Service was done by someone from an hour away and was very kind and attentive to my needs. Satisfied.

The installation team was just excellent! No problems!

Brittany came to our house to look at the theater projector.she suggested a 4k projector an gave reasons why it was better than the one that was not working. We purchased the Sony 4k projector and it is GREAT! Brittany is a wonderful employee to have on your staff.

I have scheduled this appointment twice in the past 2 weeks and I hope the appointment doesn't get cancelled again for tomorrow. I'm very upset that I can't get ahold of the people in charge of the appointment for tomorrow. This is for the free measurement of where a future replacement of my current refrigerator.

So, had this scheduled after purchasing a fridge that didn’t fit. First, a guy called the day before asking at the last minute could he come because the guy who is SUPPOSED to do it didn't want to drive that far....no...stick to the schedule. Next day (original day of appointment)...this guy shows up in slippers like he just got out of bed...took the measurements and told me someone would be in touch. Never heard from anyone...went on BestBuy.com and purchased a different fridge for a 11/10 delivery. Two days before the delivery, they canceled my delivery and said they couldn't come back out until 11/20...purchased my fridge from HomeDepot.com that night and they delivered on 11/10...fast delivery...no excuses.

I needed an opinion on a wall oven install as appears that I needed to move the gas line to the stove top in order for the oven to fit properly. They were helpful and provided several options for the move/install

In home customer rep very efficient asked all the right questions to get me what I wanted checked and double checked the dimensions. When the installation crew came to check the site it was quick and easy as brand was same ad prior and cutouts would need o ly a little cutting
