This is for an LG refrigerator that was junk, but if you have a problem, they get people here with another new part !

The guys that came for the site survey were professional, polite, knowledgeable. They full evaluated our situation and gave us the most accurate info for us to make the best decision. I'd highly recommend the site survey before making a purchase

The guys from Best Buy came to measure our space to make sure there would be no issues when our new washer & dryer arrived. They were efficient & professional. Everything went very smoothly on installation day.

Very professional and quick! Just FYI- they do not pull out the appliance and check the space, they solely measure the outside dimensions.

The worst customer experience ever! The Bosch dishwasher I bought did not fit and they took it back to the warehouse. I arranged for a site survey the following week. They did the survey but never gave me the results and no one called me. When I called them, they helped me identify a new LG dishwasher that is supposed to fit. It has been over six weeks, they appear to have misplaced the Bosch dishwasher and have now charged my credit card. I have called at least 10 time and can never speak with the same person. The Bosch dishwasher appears to be in transit and until they find it they will not credit my account. They have not made the exchange and I continue to call on an almost daily basis and have not been able to resolve the matter. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.

Tge servicemen were great in taking the measurements for the new wall oven. They removed the parts from the existing oven to get the correct measurements for the new one , and replace everything back in place. Great job.

We needed to replace a built in refrigerator and Best Buy offered the service to remove the old refrigerator. Not every store offers this service. Our guy came at the time that we agreed to, and was in and out within 5 minutes.

Both workmen were efficient, on time and very professional. No problem installing the dishwasher. I was disappointed that the oven would not fit and would like to know when I might expect one to fit the space measured for??

I had 3 separate surveys done. The first survey said the stove was the wrong one (needed downdraft) however i did purchase a downdraft stove. The second survey said it could not be installed. After I talked to Bestbuy representative, they sent another survey team who said the stove can be installed with a $350 modification. When they attempted to install it they brought the wrong cord. They took the cord off of my old stove and ruined it. They plugged in the new stove and shorted it out ruining a $3300 stove. which now I have to wait until January 16, 2024 to get a new one. Plus they put back my old stove and it cannot function since they ruined the cord. The survey should have noted the plug needed. I paid for a new cord as well.

Due to electrical wiring complications, it was necessary to have someone come out and examine my existing installation, so that proper instructions could be given to the installer.

Pre-measuring was straightforward and professional. We had a two-man team measure our stove top for a replacement. Understand that there could be some grout removal during their measuring.

This was for a measurement of whether the drawer microwave would fit in the cutout in our home. Sales lady Linda provided a free service and they did it a good job of checking everything and providing me the details. No issues.

Gentlemen was polite and respectful of mh time. Cimpleted the job accura5ely and on time

Horrible service, I know the guy come from a good place, but for a mediocre work, we been withouta range since Aug 20th, by today (Nov 29th) the installation cannot be completed due a lack of information given to the "expert" that come that day. He measure the space and now is 3in shorter, also they recommend a range that only works with jucntion box now we have to pay extra money to an external contractor to set the electric to finally get the range install. Costumer service is horrible, my appointment was moved 5 times and the deliver date was changed 3 times without notice. Now i vbe been abput 45 mins on the phone trying to get some solutiions, and no even compensation or regret for the worse service ever.

The guy here took pictures and answered my questions. I think he did a great job. I appreciate it.
