    Once the Tech squad didn't come because they said their truck broke down. They didn't reschedule me until another week later. One time they called me and said they were there to deliver a waterline which I never ordered. The last time they came they said they had nothing written on the order and Wouldn't get paid unless the order was correct.

    Failed to properly measure counter space.

    Pre-measurement was not done correctly. Measurement was made from underneath counter. Cooktop was too small and had to be returned. CANNOT rest on glass portion of cooktop. Measurement must consider maximum length of metal base around the underside of cooktop used to support the cooktop.

    Our installers were great. Very professional and knowledgeable . They were very polite and offered great suggestions for our installation. We asked that they be the same crew to install our appliances as we really liked them. They were very respectful and very nice gentlemen.

    Best Buy is so much more on the brink of losing their top customers than they realize. You do NOT provide good customer service in the slightest. No one on the “live” website knows what they are doing and they cannot connect you to anyone that does. A customer is NOT allowed to take to anyone or be transferred to anyone in a local store when we are seeking help or need questions answered. You “accidentally” disconnect the customer when they ask questions you don’t know the answer about. You encourage us to become a member but do not allow us any access to the people that can personalize our questions. ....And of course now you are being questioned for your training of your staff and the intentions you have with the way you train them.

    Lone Star was very professional and on-time. The installer was very knowledgeable and explain all of the things he installed and how to register my product.

    Too bad zero is not an option. I made an appointment and was given a 12 hour time frame. No one showed up. I spent two more hours trying to find out why. Never got a good answer. Went elsewhere to buy an oven. Customer service is a joke. And the person who was supposed to have come to my house was a third party that Best Buy outsources. Stay away from Best Buy. And then I received a call asking how the purchase went!!!

    Microwave oven combo, cooktop and dishwasher

    The built-in microwave and conventional oven is a good value. The installation went smoothly. Likewise, the gas cooktop is very good looking and easy to operate. Finally, the dishwasher is perfect for my need.

    The technicians who delivered and installed our refrigerator were very professional and knowledgeable. They installed it very well and explained how everything worked including controls. We are very satisfied with their service!

    Product was back ordered for almost two weeks, delivery window changed twice and was delivery after the window at 800pm. When called the customer service personnel at 600pn I was told there were only two deliveries before me and one installation arrival time 700pm . Called around 800pm to find out where was the item and I was told there were behind schedule with three customers before me. Delivery arrived 5 minutes after I hanged up with the customer representative

    I’m not sure to blame Best Buy or your vendor but two of the six appliances I purchased he didn’t even have any experience installing them and didn’t measure for them. He had a bad attitude because you guys send him out there and make him take apart Kitchens to take measurements lotta complaining.

    It was a visit from third party for fridge measurement and two young men came in and took measurements. They were courteous, quick and informative. Thank you Best Buy and team.

    Not a happy camper right now

    You're probably not going to want to publish this but here goes. A third-party installer came out to measure for our appliances. It wasn't until the oven came in and installer came back that we learned the oven wasn't going to fit. We had to get a carpenter out here to adjust the cabinet. Now we can't get an answer for the new installation date. We removed the oven ourselves so the cabinet man could do his work. It's still sitting in our garage. We also bought a cooktop--just found out it's not going to fit either. My question is this--why do you send out someone to measure if no one is checking to see that the appliance will fit? Now we can't find any cooktops to fit the opening we have. We started this process early so we could have working appliances by the holidays. Not so sure that's going to be the case. BUT--all that being said, the fridge and dishwasher are perfect!

    Completely worthless home visit. What I asked for and what I got were diabolically opposite. I asked for someone to guide me so I can decide what kinda receiver I should get so I can get hooked into my home audio speakers that have been set up in my new house's ceiling. Instead the guy who came in said, I am a service guy, what do you need. I explained, so he asked to see the speaker wire coming from the wall. He then said we will send our info to the store and someone will get back to you - less than 60 seconds in and out. and that's the last I heard on this. Again, I'm on my own. Why offer a 'free' service which it is not. This 'free' service has costed me almost a month of not being able to set up a receiver that I can hook up my sound system.
