This is a great free service to ensure you are measuring your appliance space correctly. They came to our home, measured for our new appliances and discussed some suggestions for improvements with us.

This is for a site survey for my upcoming washer and dryer installation. It hasn’t happened yet but so far the communication with the advisor to set up the appointment has been very smooth.

The install on my gas stove top was timely, efficient, and the workers polite and cleaned up after themselves.

My cooktop needs replacing. An appliance site survey was recommended. Dom, the surveyor, sent in plumbers from over 60 miles away to measure. The order is marked complete. I have not gotten any measurements nor has Dom followed up to complete the survey. I have not gotten any responses to my texts. To add insult to injury, the cost of the cooktop that I was looking at has increased $200 since this process started.

Cooktop was purchased the middle of Feb. Three months later, two days before delivery, was a message about cutout measurements. It would have been helpfu,l at the time of purchase, to know about measuring. Cancelled order. Desk help found “7” alternates. Only 1 of the 7 had correct measurements. Not confidence inspiring.

Very satisfied, but not yet delivered. Was happy with the attention, friendliness, and professionalism of the sales representative, Stephen.

Anthony DeRosa is a tremondous asset to Best Buy without his help and inspection I would not have made my purchase, he is a expert in every respect. HE IS THE BEST. THANK YOU BEST BUY

The site surveyor did an excellent job measuring the spaces and letting us know what additional items we needed to have onsite for the installers. We are very pleased.

The initial consultant was awsome (Gabriela). I had a secondary pre-inspection so I could have time to do any alterations before the appliances arrived. I was assured it would all work. In reality, the delivery was unprepared. There needed to be extension hoses for dishwasher and this was not noted. The microwave needed a cut out and venting. This was not properly addressed. When first delivery arrived i was told that none of the 3 appliances would be able to be installed (micro, dishwasher and slide in stove). The stove was severely damaged, the dishwasher lacked the extension hoses, and the microwave required a cut-out. After discussion with installation manager over the phone installers went to hardware store to get parts for dishwasher, and they agreed to do cut out for micro, but venting would still be an issue. The stove was finally delivered a few weeks later after spending about an hour on the phone. But there was confusion. Best Buy thought they were exchanging a stove, when in reality the initial one was refused. I’m glad is finally over. Gabriella was awsome. The final delivery was good on the stove (af few weeks later). I like BestBuy, and like the agent Gabriella but the 1. Pre-inspection was useless, and the first delivery was dissapointing. I’m happy its done for now. I was going to post a review on Google and Yelp, but decided not to for now.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. The time frame for the appliance measuring window is 12 hours!! The night before I received a call stating I would be called within the 12 hours with a 30 minute call. They showed up on my front porch without the promised 30 minute call. They would not comply with their commitment of giving me the 30 minute notice. They just left . No one from Best Buy was interested in rescheduling. I guess they do not need my business. I had looked at and was planning to order 3 large appliances and one small. I was very disappointed with Best Buy.

I tried to resolve my problems on the phone. After waiting 25 min I decided to go to the store. I got help from Patrick with rescheduling an installation. Next Travis, was amazing with his help finding a refrigerator!

The man who installed the microwave was excellent and I would give him a gold star. The survey man ahead of time did not get the complexity of the installation.

Iove our new gas stovetop. It works very well. The install folks were very professional and it is easy to clean and manage. However it does not appear that I received my reward points for this purchase.

Nico came in and took care of everything, finding the right appliances to fit the built-in spaces available, monitoring the order and installation process. It was great working with him and the appliances for the kitchen he picked were a perfect fit.
