Needed help finding out exactly what size washer dryer would fit in my laundry room. The guys came on time and were very helpful. I am very pleased with this free service.

Team was pleasant to talk to, focused on the job, completed job in timely manner, wore their mask for protection. Very pleased. When delivery of oven came the gas line was no problem at all!!

Measurements for new appliances were done by a representative from the installer. Professional and quick and now I'm confident that my new appliances will fit perfectly.

It looks like a bigger refrigerator but it seems my old one held more food. The ice comes out as cubed and crushed on the cubed setting so I have to always give a warning when I give company a cup with ice in it.

They came to pre-measure for all the appliances. When the refrigerator was delivered, it didn't fit so they took it back. So they came again to pre-measure and acknowledged their mistake. But when the oven and cooktop were delivered, the installers had no knowledge of the upgraded electrical breakers that were noted on both pre-measures. Once it escalated to corporate HQ, they came out again and made it all right in the end. But it wasn't a smooth experience.

Did not use this service..(not needed) but it would have ben as good as all other BB services!

We wanted to upgrade our TVs. Best Buy came out and surveyed not only our TV needs but also made recommendations on improvements to our home network. We followed their recommendations and have been pleased with the results.

Super happy to have this service. I had a wall oven replaced and its location in my kitchen created challenges that needed to be addressed by people with experience.

The tech supporter figured out quickly that I had somehow confused the settings I needed in order to distinguish my Dish from my Sony remotes. Very helpful. Required about 10 minutes after the wait for someone who could answer.

I would give zero stars if I could. Best Buy sent someone to measure to make sure our new cooktop fit as a replacement for our existing cooktop. The gentleman measured and assured us there would be no issue. When the installers came, they told us the gentleman who did the measurements had no idea what he was doing and proceeded to cut our countertop to make the cooktop fit, and we lost the spice drawer under the cooktop. To make matters worse, the installers charged us an extra $80 because of the additional labor they had to perform. Not sure this could have been a more useless experience.

Very sketchy guys that came in. They did not work for best buy. The appeared to be hopped up on something or wired. Worse they didn't even give best buy the dimensions for the pre-measure and 2 weeks later I'm still trying to purchase a dish washer that fits. Very poor service.

They came in , measured, and described the installation.They also reviewed the power requirements. I have confidence that the installation will go well.
