THE MEASUREMENTS WERE COMPLETELY OFF AND HAD BEEN TAKEN FROM YOUR COMPANY,WHEN THEY SENT OUT ANOTHER REP. HE REMEASURED AND CAME OUT WITH NEW MEASUREMENTS. WE PURCHASED WALL OVEN COMBO & STOVE TOP NEED TO GET CARPENTAR TO CLOSE UP 4" GAP ON BOTTOM AND NEED TO CUT FURTHER FOR STOVETOP TO FIT!

The installer came out to measure my existing space to be sure that my new oven would fit. He assured me it would. That was good news.

The site survey guy was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I’m assuming this order is for the on-site survey and measuring for a new microwave. Because everything is assigned it’s an order number and nothing is described, and the app is so so so so confusing, it’s difficult to verify anything and trust what you read. Extremely disappointed by all the third parties that Best Buy uses to install and survey before the install. Things are missed and done very unprofessionally and we miss out on an install that we waited two months for. Communication is terrible, We’re not waiting for an oven that may or may not be here, I will just see if it gets installed because the survey done ahead of time for that could’ve been wrong too, at this point we’re prepared for anything. Just not a good experience at all Best Buy!

We bought a replacement built in frig and wanted to be sure it would fit without having to remodel. This was a free service and we didn’t want to take any chances. Another good decision my wife made.

Techs were friendly and took time to explain the processes that needed to happen. Measurements were confirmed and the installation was confirmed as doable. Thanks

They sent two people to look over and measure the area for the installation of our stove top, they gave great recommendations also. this was a great service for no charge at all

I have a 2nd floor washer/dryer closet so I wasn't sure if the unit I was looking at was going to make it up the stairs. The sales person at the store suggested BB's site survey team come out and pre-measure to make sure ahead of delivery (I bought the washer/dryer and scheduled install pending the site survey). Waste of time. The guy they sent out for the site survey was a kitchen estimator contractor. He knew nothing about washers and dryers and made it sound like there was no way the washer dryer was getting up the stairs. I guess Best Buy installers didn't read his notes because they came out to instal the washer/dryer anyway and had no problem at all. So end conclusion was I wasted a day waiting for the site survey guy that didn't know anything about washer dryer installs. At least I wasn't charged extra for the service.

Someone came over to check pathways and install spot. When the date of appliance delivery came , it went smooth

Appointment set up was mismanaged, called to find where the tech was since it was a "no show" at scheduled time. Was told that they didn't have a tech avail to measure, rescheduled and later that day the tech showed up. Very confused department.
