We were very happy with the site survey crew. They explained exactly what they were going to do to install our new single oven (double oven had been in the space). Very happy with the service.

Helped us at the store by clearly showing the different features of all the alternative dishwashers we looked at; answered all our questions. The installation process was done well and handled professionally.

The first microwave was on back order and never arrived. Received a call from consultant whom had already come out to my home to measure for a dishwasher & built in microwave informing me on the lateness of the back order of the microwave & thus recommended another microwave that unfortunately did not fit. Two more Consultants came out more than a week ago now, to properly measure the opening as where the microwave is to go I’ve called I’ve texted no return call nothing where do I go from here. I’m paying for a microwave that I don’t have & no one will return my calls nor text. Where do I go from here, another appliance store? Probably after I call for a full refund on an item I don’t have but I’m paying for I think not.

I ordered at the end of December they said it would be delivered the 9th. Get a call the Saturday before saying it’s still in “transit” tells me it’ll be here the 23rd but could here before that date. So I call to check and see if there’s an update on arrival time they tell me it’ll be here just in time to be delivered on the 23rd. The NEXT day I get an email saying my order was cancelled and my item was out of stock. How does an item become out of stock while it’s in transit??

The techs were very thorough and accurate. However the part I wanted is discontinued.

A couple guys came to measure and had no clue why they were sent to our home. My husband was home and explained to them they were supposed to measure for a cook top stove. They measured and took pictures and said someone from BestBuy would get reach out to us and confirm their measurements matched the measurements of the first technician who came about 2 weeks earlier. (We still have not heard anything.) When they pulled their truck out of our driveway, it caught on the phone wires from our house and ripped the wire from the house, and we are still trying to get that fixed now also. We have tried to contact anyone to ask questions about the measurements because we don't want it to have gaps and then have to deal with that also. We have purchased items from BestBuy for about 20 years and have never had a complaint until this last time.
