They were on time & knowledgeable. They took the measurements back and I haven’t heard back from them. I am still in need of a microwave

We were very happy with the site survey crew. They explained exactly what they were going to do to install our new single oven (double oven had been in the space). Very happy with the service.

Best Buy has a free service for an expert to come out and measure my space for a new refrigerator. I was afraid to purchase a larger refrig but he put me at ease so I was able to purchase the exact model I wanted.

This has nothing to do with the 2 gentleman who came to our house (Ned and Camilo). They did their best to help us. But they were appliance installers and we had requested someone to advise us on what we needed for a new TV. We were told at the Plymouth Meeting store that the person we were talking to would come to our house for free. When we called to make an appt. he said he did not do that and we had to call Geek Squad . We scheduled the appointment but it had to be cancelled and rescheduled. When Ned and Camilo came out they had no idea what the appointment was for because they were appliance installers. Ned got someone on the phone to help us which we appreciated. But we are very disappointed with the lack of communication in this matter. Because of this we are considering not buying our TV from Best Buy.

This site review was definitely more than expected The tech arrived as appointed, was very respectful of the Covid 19 guidelines and performed the service in a very professional manner.

service people were fine but I expected recomnendations for a refrigarator from Best Buy as a followup but got none

range oven hood: Measured sales wrong size Measured by installer. wrong size but different unit installed now but defected but respond from sales. Now what I have a bad unit installed

The team was friendly and efficient. I was told I would get a call 30 minutes before their arrival. This did not happen. Best Buy had not given them the specs for the oven I bought — seriously, why not? Then, I don’t know who at Geek is responsible for forwarding the team’s measurements to Best Buy, but I heard nothing from BB for 2 weeks, which seems excessive. None of this has met my expectations so far.

The first microwave was on back order and never arrived. Received a call from consultant whom had already come out to my home to measure for a dishwasher & built in microwave informing me on the lateness of the back order of the microwave & thus recommended another microwave that unfortunately did not fit. Two more Consultants came out more than a week ago now, to properly measure the opening as where the microwave is to go I’ve called I’ve texted no return call nothing where do I go from here. I’m paying for a microwave that I don’t have & no one will return my calls nor text. Where do I go from here, another appliance store? Probably after I call for a full refund on an item I don’t have but I’m paying for I think not.

The tech was on time, gracious, and understanding of the issues that we have been facing for months.

Helped us at the store by clearly showing the different features of all the alternative dishwashers we looked at; answered all our questions. The installation process was done well and handled professionally.

The guy didn't show up unitl four hours late. No consideration at all for us or our work schedules and needs. He knew nothing at all about why he was here. He did not call to say he was late. We called the number multiple times and they could not reach him -- turns out this was a third party service. Poor, terrible service.

The installer came out to measure my existing space to be sure that my new oven would fit. He assured me it would. That was good news.

PRE-MEASURE IS A GREAT OPTION FOR PPL TO USE. KEEPS INSTALLING JOB FASTER AND MORE EFFICIENT.
