They were very helpful and cooperative in explaining every question I had.

Everything with the premeasure appointment went according to the timetable provided. The person was prompt, efficient and very polite.We understood what was going to happen and how large the gap would be after the install.

The representative visited the house, inspected the space and recommended the product. She was very professional, she gave us a heads-up before arriving and she was on time.

Appointment set up was mismanaged, called to find where the tech was since it was a "no show" at scheduled time. Was told that they didn't have a tech avail to measure, rescheduled and later that day the tech showed up. Very confused department.

Best buy helped give me a path on how to move ahead to install a vent and a microwave.

So far everything is good. Smooth process for removal of old ovens and installation of new ovens.

The team that was sent to measure the space for my new stovetop and new oven was fired by Best Buy, but Best Buy did not send someone else resulting in the appliances not being installed in a timely manner. This was exasperated by the fact that I could not talk to anyone at the store where I made the purchase. Talking to Ai was frustrating and useless. Humans whom I spoke to were also a waste of time. I ended up traveling an hour back to the store to speak to someone.

I have saved money with purchasing my Total Tech service, I will always have Total Tech.

I’m assuming this order is for the on-site survey and measuring for a new microwave. Because everything is assigned it’s an order number and nothing is described, and the app is so so so so confusing, it’s difficult to verify anything and trust what you read. Extremely disappointed by all the third parties that Best Buy uses to install and survey before the install. Things are missed and done very unprofessionally and we miss out on an install that we waited two months for. Communication is terrible, We’re not waiting for an oven that may or may not be here, I will just see if it gets installed because the survey done ahead of time for that could’ve been wrong too, at this point we’re prepared for anything. Just not a good experience at all Best Buy!

The installer came out to measure my existing space to be sure that my new oven would fit. He assured me it would. That was good news.

They were supposed to arrive between 12-4. Didn't show up until almost 6pm. The guys were very nice and knowledgeable. It wasn't their fault they were late. But the scheduler who had them close by 2 appointments beforehand and then sent them an hour away for the next appointment and then they had to drive all the way back here. Makes zero sense why that was done. A waste of a day for me.

Perfect service. Tech guy (Kyle) call us before he left his former customer and showed up on time. Very kind, checked everything in detail and gave good recommendation.

The tech was on time, gracious, and understanding of the issues that we have been facing for months.

Very sketchy guys that came in. They did not work for best buy. The appeared to be hopped up on something or wired. Worse they didn't even give best buy the dimensions for the pre-measure and 2 weeks later I'm still trying to purchase a dish washer that fits. Very poor service.
