This is a free service and is a must before you buy any major appliance. I have an old built in oven and I found out that the new oven I was looking at would not have fit because it was too deep.

Following the assessment by an 3rd party contractor hired by Best Buy, not a soul contacted me from Best Buy to recommend a replacement cook top. I think I’ll go somewhere else. Very disappointed. Moreover, nobody showed on the first appointment date and I had to contact Best Buy again to reschedule.

I ordered at the end of December they said it would be delivered the 9th. Get a call the Saturday before saying it’s still in “transit” tells me it’ll be here the 23rd but could here before that date. So I call to check and see if there’s an update on arrival time they tell me it’ll be here just in time to be delivered on the 23rd. The NEXT day I get an email saying my order was cancelled and my item was out of stock. How does an item become out of stock while it’s in transit??

Pre-measurement went fine. Individual was courteous and knowledgeable . He indicated that measurement of spaces for appliances would be submitted to someone that would review them to determine proper fit. Unfortunately that did not happen and one of my three appliances could not be installed . This lead to an annoying delay in our getting our microwave installed.
