The measuring team called to say they would be a little late which was nice. The results which I obtained from sales at Best Buy seemed inadequate, the pricing for installation was very high, so I decided to cancel the cooktop order as I did not feel that I had adequate information. I do not think this was a Geek Squad team but a third party contractor who went out of their way to make sure I knew they did not work for Best Buy.

The representative visited the house, inspected the space and recommended the product. She was very professional, she gave us a heads-up before arriving and she was on time.

Appointment set up was mismanaged, called to find where the tech was since it was a "no show" at scheduled time. Was told that they didn't have a tech avail to measure, rescheduled and later that day the tech showed up. Very confused department.

A couple guys came to measure and had no clue why they were sent to our home. My husband was home and explained to them they were supposed to measure for a cook top stove. They measured and took pictures and said someone from BestBuy would get reach out to us and confirm their measurements matched the measurements of the first technician who came about 2 weeks earlier. (We still have not heard anything.) When they pulled their truck out of our driveway, it caught on the phone wires from our house and ripped the wire from the house, and we are still trying to get that fixed now also. We have tried to contact anyone to ask questions about the measurements because we don't want it to have gaps and then have to deal with that also. We have purchased items from BestBuy for about 20 years and have never had a complaint until this last time.

Everything with the premeasure appointment went according to the timetable provided. The person was prompt, efficient and very polite.We understood what was going to happen and how large the gap would be after the install.

Perfect service. Tech guy (Kyle) call us before he left his former customer and showed up on time. Very kind, checked everything in detail and gave good recommendation.

I’m assuming this order is for the on-site survey and measuring for a new microwave. Because everything is assigned it’s an order number and nothing is described, and the app is so so so so confusing, it’s difficult to verify anything and trust what you read. Extremely disappointed by all the third parties that Best Buy uses to install and survey before the install. Things are missed and done very unprofessionally and we miss out on an install that we waited two months for. Communication is terrible, We’re not waiting for an oven that may or may not be here, I will just see if it gets installed because the survey done ahead of time for that could’ve been wrong too, at this point we’re prepared for anything. Just not a good experience at all Best Buy!

The appliance was readily available; we were contacted fir measurement in an expedient manner and all is working well.

They were thorough and quick. They measured the space, checked the power requirements, and came in on time.

Consultant was very nice and explained things clearly as far as measurement go.

Techs were friendly and took time to explain the processes that needed to happen. Measurements were confirmed and the installation was confirmed as doable. Thanks

I had a great experience with people measuring for my double oven.

I had an appointment on Saturday to measure for new appliances. When the appointment was set we asked for my range, oven and dishwasher to be measured to replace all three. When the service guy arrived he said he only had an order for our range and not the other two. Therefore, in order to get the measurements to replace the other two items we would have to go through the same process waiting from 7 am - 7 pm. Absolutely unbelievable when they were already at my house. Best Buy you certainly missed your chance with us!
