    Unorganized, missed August 1 2022 appointment for survey and next appointment for installation. Went to store at Willowbrook supposedly sales representative never made appointment correctly on computer for survey And the stove top was on backorder. They gave me customer service number Called customer service they said they would make it right made another 2 appointments again no call no show. This was with 3rd appointment . Three days missing work with 12pm to 8pm appointments. So I called Customer service again to cancel 4th appointment and they are like ok sorry and we apologize we will cancel it. Then that night crew calls me to tell me they are 15 minutes away. Did not accept it went to Lowes.

    They checked to make sure my electric and water was ready for hookup, path to bring in appliance and double check all measurements to make sure dishwasher would fit before installation. Good idea to have done.

    Technicians were thorough and followed all COVID protocols and they were very helpful for the measurement to place appliances.

    Need a new stovetop (my current 50 yr old stovetop finally stopped working) and I needed help with measurements, etc. A very courteous and knowledgeable Geek Squad agent made this process easy and efficient.

    They were supposed to arrive between 12-4. Didn't show up until almost 6pm. The guys were very nice and knowledgeable. It wasn't their fault they were late. But the scheduler who had them close by 2 appointments beforehand and then sent them an hour away for the next appointment and then they had to drive all the way back here. Makes zero sense why that was done. A waste of a day for me.

    They sent two people to look over and measure the area for the installation of our stove top, they gave great recommendations also. this was a great service for no charge at all

    Two guys arrived with a tape measure. They spent more time documenting their visit than they did actually measuring. I had scheduled for them to measure three appliance spaces. They said they only had the order for one. This was truly a waste of time. I appreciate Best Buy, but this service did not help me.

    I have a 2nd floor washer/dryer closet so I wasn't sure if the unit I was looking at was going to make it up the stairs. The sales person at the store suggested BB's site survey team come out and pre-measure to make sure ahead of delivery (I bought the washer/dryer and scheduled install pending the site survey). Waste of time. The guy they sent out for the site survey was a kitchen estimator contractor. He knew nothing about washers and dryers and made it sound like there was no way the washer dryer was getting up the stairs. I guess Best Buy installers didn't read his notes because they came out to instal the washer/dryer anyway and had no problem at all. So end conclusion was I wasted a day waiting for the site survey guy that didn't know anything about washer dryer installs. At least I wasn't charged extra for the service.
