    Pre-measurement went fine. Individual was courteous and knowledgeable . He indicated that measurement of spaces for appliances would be submitted to someone that would review them to determine proper fit. Unfortunately that did not happen and one of my three appliances could not be installed . This lead to an annoying delay in our getting our microwave installed.

    The person who actually did the Measure did an OK job. It was the people on the phone in that misguided me. I explained I wanted a home decorator consultation and they sent me the person to measure. I spoke to multiple people who insured me I would be talking to the correct people . I never got a phone call or an email from those people. I do have emails stating that I’ll be hearing from them soon but never did. We have shopped at Best Buy for all our appliance needs and now are going elsewhere.

    This was very worthwhile! We would have purchased the incorrect size for a new refrigerator.

    Measurements of the overall area will fit the new cook top but it was noted that if the corners on the new top weren't rounded, then I may be charged extra to cut a sharper corner into the counter. I waited longer than the 4-hour appointment window to have the pre-measurement done and am still not 100% sure if the new item will fit in the space without extra charges.

      Hello JRRR – I’m sorry that we weren’t able to give you a conclusive answer to that. Sometimes when dealing with small tolerances like that we need to have the actual product there to test it out. I hope that we’ll be able to finish that install without needing to do any cuts.     It was nice to be sure that the wall oven that we wanted would fit nicely in our kitchen. Technician was on time and announced his arrival with plenty of time.

    Danny's appliance was SO helpful with advice during the pre-measure and then later the installation process. I would DEFINITELY use them again! So I thank Best Buy for choosing such a great local company.

    The Team (4) came out to our house to measure for an oven. Very thorough and took their time looking into our complex problem. I would recommend Best Buy for appliance installations.
