The person who actually did the Measure did an OK job. It was the people on the phone in that misguided me. I explained I wanted a home decorator consultation and they sent me the person to measure. I spoke to multiple people who insured me I would be talking to the correct people . I never got a phone call or an email from those people. I do have emails stating that I’ll be hearing from them soon but never did. We have shopped at Best Buy for all our appliance needs and now are going elsewhere.

The guys were knowledgeable and courteous, and explained my options.

I received excellent care to listen to my needs. Modifications needed to be done to my existing space and this went well and fit nicely after everything was installed.

The man who came out to one quick look at the space I had for a microwave and announced that nothing would fit into the space. He was very know it all and told me that there was not trim kit when there was a trim kit installed. He dumped all over the previous installers without knowing what they did. His attitude was awful. I subsequently found another company that worked with me to find a microwave that will fit in the space.

Henry was amazing! Now if BB ever gets around to delivering the double oven, we would be appreciative!

Following the assessment by an 3rd party contractor hired by Best Buy, not a soul contacted me from Best Buy to recommend a replacement cook top. I think I’ll go somewhere else. Very disappointed. Moreover, nobody showed on the first appointment date and I had to contact Best Buy again to reschedule.

Dennis was extremely professional and answered all my questions. All I can say is I hope whenever I use their company I get him and his partner again.

This is a free service and is a must before you buy any major appliance. I have an old built in oven and I found out that the new oven I was looking at would not have fit because it was too deep.

The site survey was very useful before installation. The surveys were very nice and were knowledgeable and guided us with the information we needed before installation.
