Scheduled a delivery with a no show. Rescheduled the delivery and the appliance was smashed. Now another reschedule but it is 2 weeks out. It’s been 4 weeks since I ordered the appliance. Another day waiting around for the appliance and installation. Soon I’m going to cancel and purchase it some where else.

Stove great fit, color- but 2nd time used it, black stove top scratched off.

The guys who came out to measure for our appliances were polite and let me know what I was going to need to make my new appliance transition seamless

The guy didn't show up unitl four hours late. No consideration at all for us or our work schedules and needs. He knew nothing at all about why he was here. He did not call to say he was late. We called the number multiple times and they could not reach him -- turns out this was a third party service. Poor, terrible service.

Best Buy sales rep set up time for techs to come to our house and verify space for appliances to be delivered the next day. Very thorough and answered all of our questions.

I have been trying to get measurements for a refrigerator by Best Buy since December 2021. I have had multiple “appointments.” The first time, Caroline called to reschedule. I agreed, she never came. The second guy, came and said Best Buy assigned the wrong rep. Another appointment was scheduled, and I have yet to receive a call about any measurements. Why is it this hard to get Best Buy employees to do their job, so I can GIVE them MY money for THEIR product??? Yet all my appointments are marked in the system as “complete.” Imagine that…

Techs that come out for surveys are polite and thorough. Depending on the install it makes sense to do this step to avoid installation complications.

The person who actually did the Measure did an OK job. It was the people on the phone in that misguided me. I explained I wanted a home decorator consultation and they sent me the person to measure. I spoke to multiple people who insured me I would be talking to the correct people . I never got a phone call or an email from those people. I do have emails stating that I’ll be hearing from them soon but never did. We have shopped at Best Buy for all our appliance needs and now are going elsewhere.

Good space organization; just what I was looking for....

The pre measurements were completely incorrect. When the stovetop we ordered arrived and was in the process of being installed, the installers determined the cuts to install the stovetop could not be made and the unit would not fit. We had to return the stovetop which we waited four weeks to have delivered and installed. Complete waste of time. All the while, customer service was a nightmare to deal with and the majority of the time was completely unhelpful and non accommodating.
