Your contractor did a great job in conducting a pre-installation survey. We were highly impressed by their thorough professionalism.

The guys were great! They took their time and were very nice!

Poor service. Pre-install surveyor came to evaluate a fridge install five days before actual appliance was to be installed. The representative took five minutes to look at the site and okayed for install. Five days later when the installation was to take place the installer noticed the site was too big for the install and needed to be fixed. I had to get the site fixed by my contractor which delayed everything for over a week. What’s the point of a pre-install survey if the person doesn’t know how to do their job?

The Team (4) came out to our house to measure for an oven. Very thorough and took their time looking into our complex problem. I would recommend Best Buy for appliance installations.

The team was professional and ensued proposed oven would fit in the existing space.

The person who came to my place doesn’t speak English well and I don’t understand what he’s talking about. He wrote his suggestion in Spanish. Also this person is telling me to have a second outlet valve for my dishwasher. I showed it to a friend who works in a construction and told me that I don’t need a second outlet. So if you want to know my opinion be sure that if you send a third party in a home for measurements they need to speak the language so that everyone can understand.

Pre-measure service was pretty simple and in a timely manner.

Pre-measurement went fine. Individual was courteous and knowledgeable . He indicated that measurement of spaces for appliances would be submitted to someone that would review them to determine proper fit. Unfortunately that did not happen and one of my three appliances could not be installed . This lead to an annoying delay in our getting our microwave installed.
