The man who came out to one quick look at the space I had for a microwave and announced that nothing would fit into the space. He was very know it all and told me that there was not trim kit when there was a trim kit installed. He dumped all over the previous installers without knowing what they did. His attitude was awful. I subsequently found another company that worked with me to find a microwave that will fit in the space.

Poor service. Pre-install surveyor came to evaluate a fridge install five days before actual appliance was to be installed. The representative took five minutes to look at the site and okayed for install. Five days later when the installation was to take place the installer noticed the site was too big for the install and needed to be fixed. I had to get the site fixed by my contractor which delayed everything for over a week. What’s the point of a pre-install survey if the person doesn’t know how to do their job?

Guy came out after a no show appt the week before. Did not do a thorough job of measuring. Told us we could use a 30" oven and microwave. When in reality we could only go to a 27" due to internal 2x4 construction. RECOMMEND THE ENTIRE SPACE BE MEASURED AND NOT JUST THE FRONT OPENING.

The person who came to my place doesn’t speak English well and I don’t understand what he’s talking about. He wrote his suggestion in Spanish. Also this person is telling me to have a second outlet valve for my dishwasher. I showed it to a friend who works in a construction and told me that I don’t need a second outlet. So if you want to know my opinion be sure that if you send a third party in a home for measurements they need to speak the language so that everyone can understand.
