Great product, would highly recommend to others, for sure.

Our spot for the refrigerator has a wall on the one side, so we had to go with the narrower width. We still gained about 2 cubic feet and it is so much easier to use. The right door does hold 2 one gallon milk cartons and the one dividable shelf allows for one more plus some tall bottles. Freezer section is perfect, now I can split things up easily by type. Top Drawer for things we will repeatedly empty and the bottom adjustable drawer is split up for veggies on one side and meats on the other. Old frig was a 1/3 side freezer the other side frig. so this is so so much better.

The pre measure went fine but there was some confusion in the scheduling. Also, the techs stated there would be no trouble with the size of the double oven after their measurements. However, when the installers came - they stated the electric cord was too big to fit in the existing wall cut out and wanted to charge me to cut it our...

Survey personnel took measurements and advised that a separate 20 amp circuit was required before the new unit could be installed. The old wall oven was on the same 50 amp circuit as the cooktop. I contacted an electrician to complete this work. He contacted the Installer's office to get additional info concerning the hookup configuration. He was told that an outlet that allowed a plugin of the oven was required and Installers had the matching connections for the oven. This info was incorrect as the installer personnel required a direct-wire box to connect the unit. Installer rectified this problem. I also was told by the Installer's office that the oven was 1/8 inch wider and may not fit into the existing space, but it was subsequently installed without any problems.

I love this oven. I can air fry in both ovens at the same time. Nice design, beautiful inside.

I called multiple times trying to set up an estimate appointment. Got put through to multiple people and no one was able to help, someone finally told me they would send someone out to do measurements. They said it was a waste of my time and money and it was! my boyfriend called off work to be here for the appointment they were here 5 mins and said they couldn’t help. Tried going to Best Buy and call and they have limited hours and no phones anymore… I love this store and have a high level credit card status bc I truly enjoy the experience and products. Not sure what happened but when I can finally get ahold of someone I may change my review…

So quiet, you have to put your ear against it to hear it running. Loaded with features, haven't had the chance to use them all yet. Dishes come out clean and shining. Had Best Buy install it. Installers were pleasant, worked together like a well oiled machine, cleaned up after themselves and even explained all the options.

The item we purchased was in stock. The employee who came to discuss what we needed/wanted came as scheduled. He was helpful and encouraging. The next two employees who came to measure also came on time and reassured us that the upper and lower built-in ovens would fit. The scheduled day for installation was within weeks, and they did an excellent job. The ovens are working well. We’ll buy more from Best Buy!!

Love my new LG washer and dryer and installation team was amazing and went above and beyond to fit it into a very tight space on the /nd floor laundry closet of my condo. I really appreciate them!

We purchased a Whirlpool electric range with the ceramic top. It looks great and works very well when compared to our old stove. But be aware that the ceramic top gets visibly dirty very easily and it hard to clean.

My wife and I each tried to measure the size of our old microwave oven and each came up with more than one different size each time we tried measuring it. We finally went to the store and arranged to have some one come out and measure. He got it right the first time. The new microwave fit perfectly. 4 STARS out of 4.

The gentleman seemed nitpicky, a lil bit nosy...he looked inside the dishwasher and implied that since it was small area, it would be difficult to find the brand he assumed i wanted, he looked inside my utensil drawers and underneath the sink...he wrote the measurement form out incorrectly mixing up the numbers and fields everything the information was meant to be on...he gave me the impression he was an Inspection Officer there to point out the imperfections instead of taking the measurements and leaving..very pessimistic fellow... his initials were A.M....

Completed job was nice. Pre-install inspection could have been better. Geek Squad came out, inspected, gave us a price, we agreed and scheduled. They then cancelled stating it was a more advanced install, scheduled a 3rd party to come check it out, was told we would need to pay a little more for some supplies(Piece of wood, lag bolts, zip-ties and surge protector). They came out to install and we had to pay an additional $400 in labor. Working with the store as we speak to rectify the situation.

Microwave oven it works very good it fits fight where we want it

This was a good survey and they informed us of a water valve that had to be properly situated for the fridge to work.

Techs that came out to my house to measure the space for the stove top, microwave and wall oven were very polite and professional. A few weeks later, I got a phone call to advise on what appliances would fit in those spots. I couldn't be happier with the service. Also helps to be a geek squad member.

I bought a Frigidaire stove a couple of months ago. The product and the service I received throughout the process was 100% the best. The stove is very spacious, sturdy and convenient because it matches everything else in my kitchen. I am happy with the product and the professionalism of the staff.

Sales executives was very professional although the product take some extra time to deliver but it was well worth the wait great sales people and smooth installer they know what there doing

After unsuccessfully dealing with two different delivery installation teams we had an in home consultation. She showed up on time, was polite and patiently listened to our story. She reviewed the current situation and agreed that the orientation was wrong. She then asked if we smelled gas (our dryer is a gas dryer). We told her we did notice a smell but were not sure what is was. She suggested we contact our local gas company. Their service immediately told us to evacuate the house as soon as he walked in. Turns out the initial installation crew did not connect the dryer correctly and we had gas leaking in our laundry room for almost three weeks.

I had a couple different site surveys and pre-measures done to be extra safe that we would not have any issues. I'm on a third floor and was getting a whole new appliance package with a refrigerator that I knew would be a big lift (literally). I wanted to make sure no one had to schlep it up only to have it not fit in the space or encounter some other complication. I also had seen other reviews about issues with water line installs and had a neighbor who had to have plumbing work done before their install could proceed. I wanted to make double sure I knew what, if anything, needed to be done ahead of time (thankfully, no plumbing work needed for me). Both times the people who came out were fantastic - professional, efficient, helpful and on time. Unfortunately, the due diligence didn't prevent an issue with the fridge installers declining to deliver it (said the stairs were too narrow - they weren't, and a second team completed it successfully).
