I have had multiple “appointments.” The first time, Caroline called to reschedule. I agreed, she never came. The second guy, came and said Best Buy assigned the wrong rep. Another appointment was scheduled, and I have yet to receive a call about any measurements. Why is it this hard to get Best Buy employees to do their job, so I can GIVE them MY money for THEIR product??? Yet all my appointments are marked in the system as “complete.” Imagine that…

Disappointing

Told us we could use a 30" oven and microwave. When in reality we could only go to a 27" due to internal 2x4 construction. RECOMMEND THE ENTIRE SPACE BE MEASURED AND NOT JUST THE FRONT OPENING.

I was assured there would be no issue removing my old appliance and installing a new one . The day came for install and the techs arrived pushed on the appliance a few times and stated it couldn’t be done.

First scheduled window (8 hours) was cancelled and moved to someone else. Second scheduled window (fro noon to 8pm) called at 10am to say they would arrive in ten minutes to take measurements. When I told them that I didn't think we needed measurements taken, they said that they would check with a supervisor and call back. Never called back. Didn't show up for appointment (we waited). No follow up other than this satisfaction survey. Recommend NOT purchasing the total tech package. In fact, recommend buying from other sources.

Site survey is a good option.

Two guys came out and did measurements and said they would get back to me with information regarding the fit or other suggestions. No one called or followed up regarding my questions, whether it would fit or any suggestions. Since no one followed up with me, I had to cancel my order for the new range.
