Scheduled a delivery with a no show. Rescheduled the delivery and the appliance was smashed. Now another reschedule but it is 2 weeks out. It’s been 4 weeks since I ordered the appliance. Another day waiting around for the appliance and installation. Soon I’m going to cancel and purchase it some where else.

Stove great fit, color- but 2nd time used it, black stove top scratched off.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I love the convenience of having someone that knows all about the latest technology at my fingertips.

Techs that come out for surveys are polite and thorough. Depending on the install it makes sense to do this step to avoid installation complications.

Horrible! First scheduled window (8 hours) was cancelled and moved to someone else. Second scheduled window (fro noon to 8pm) called at 10am to say they would arrive in ten minutes to take measurements. When I told them that I didn't think we needed measurements taken, they said that they would check with a supervisor and call back. Never called back. Didn't show up for appointment (we waited). No follow up other than this satisfaction survey. Recommend NOT purchasing the total tech package. In fact, recommend buying from other sources.
