Not the Best Survey
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn't have a great experience with the Site Survey for our new wall oven. The surveyors didn't seem to have the information about the oven that we ordered, and when they got it from me, they told me that I needed to cut the hole for the new oven a 1/2" wider. Fine. But, they said it would be a $75 charge per cut for the installers to do this. And, they said there would be an additional $150 charge for the electrical wiring to be redone. I'm wondering what the Installation Fee even covers at this point. In the end, I did the cuts myself in order to save $150. When the oven installers actually came, they did not charge the $150 electrical fee, and they actually helped me to install a new breaker. The Site Survey did not notice that the new oven required a 40 amp breaker, but we only had a 30 amp breaker for the old oven. The installers went above and beyond. The Site Survey - not so much.
