Waste of time and effort for installers and myself
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.No one ever followed up and called me to set up a time after the installers came to look at the installation. I called multiple times, went through about 5-7 people each time and at least an hour and a half of my time each time between holding and all the transfers and always, always!, ended up being disconnected or not having someone who could access the quote to set up the installation time, resulting in another transfer/hold/this department is not open/disconnect. I wanted this installation to happen. I tried so hard. And the current system just failed miserably. All that needed to happen was a time set up and a price confirmed. Instead it was a waste of your installers’ time and mine own.
