This was a third party service and I hope Best Buy stops using them as contractors. The arrival window was 3:30pm - 7:30pm, July 21st. At 1:14pm (before the arrival window), I get a text and email saying the agent is on the way and will be there at 1:25pm. I rush over and nobody shows up and then my dashboard updates and it say that the service was completed successfully, which was not the case. I called and texted the numbers provide to me several times, with no answer.

The refrig was delivered with damages and could not be installed. Nor could the broken exchange be taken. I am left with no refrigeration since July 5.

Quick and simple. Came to the house, took measurements.

No one ever followed up and called me to set up a time after the installers came to look at the installation. I called multiple times, went through about 5-7 people each time and at least an hour and a half of my time each time between holding and all the transfers and always, always!, ended up being disconnected or not having someone who could access the quote to set up the installation time, resulting in another transfer/hold/this department is not open/disconnect. I wanted this installation to happen. I tried so hard. And the current system just failed miserably. All that needed to happen was a time set up and a price confirmed. Instead it was a waste of your installers’ time and mine own.

By having the Geek Squad come out and measure it avoided any problems. I recommend the free service from BestBuy.

Survey was detailed. I was assured there would be no issue removing my old appliance and installing a new one . The day came for install and the techs arrived pushed on the appliance a few times and stated it couldn’t be done.

They called me before they arrived so I could meet them at my house. Arrived when they said they would. Survey went quickly and afterwards everything worked.

Tech was on time. I had already prepped the area so the site survey took less than 10 minutes.

This is a review of the site surveys prior to install of a new fridge. I received two site surveys. Both times, I was instructed the space for my intended fridge needed to be extended height wise. Both teams of surveyors informed me there was not other foreseeable problem. Come install day, the install team inform me they could not complete the installation because the width is too wide and thus they could not anchor my appliance as per their guidelines. This added considerable frustration, time, and inconvenience to the process.

The team was excellent and easy to work with and very responsive.

Came to measure the room for my new refrigerator. Very competent and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend for any appliance.
