Professional men measured and did their job in a short amount of time

Nice little desk lamp. At sale if 16 bucks a good value ! Nice light with 3 levels and not hurting the eyes.

0 star rating, very unhappy missed a day of work to be home when someone came too measurer which was somewhere between 7:00-1:00 didn't hear from anyone so i called and was told 7:00-7:00 I didn't leave my house all day 7:00 pm still no one you would think they could have at least called me when I called them they wanted to reschedule for a Saturday 7:00-7:00. No thank you i will not stay at home all day on a Saturday too see if it's going to be a no show

I want to buy a new refrigerator but I'm concerned about a somewhat narrow kitchen door and didn't trust my personal measurements before expense and disruption of buying the wrong one. I was happy when the salesperson suggested a geek squad site visit. Although they came and measured on time, when I returned to the store 15 miles away, they couldn't find the details which I was assured would be on the BestBuy computer. Told that maybe I went to the store too soon after the site visit, I returned some days later with the same results, and again and again. No details in my account record. Back to square one and no new refrigerator.

My vent a hood came in damaged 3-9-19. The installer notified Best Buy at that time. I followed up with a call. I was told it would be delivered and installed 3-14-19. I was to be ready between 7am-1pm. No one ever showed. I had called the previous night and was told they would del the following morning. I called best buy at 10 am the 14th--they said it was not coming because they did not have the replacement vent a hood. After numerous calls they rescheduled. Apparently no one ever remembered to order the vent a hood, just arrange for installation. The new ge refrig went out the 15th and I had the 3 yr service contract with best buy/geek squad. Still, they would not do anything till the 19th. Best buy did not even have anyone that could speak with me on ph to see if there was something I could do to fix the refrig.

Best Buy always does a good job in helping match an oven that will fit into the space provided without much modification needed to the existing space.

Glad I had the review prior to purchase to make sure my item would fit properly. After all measurements were made I knew what models were the best fit.
