I was told by the Best Buy Sales person that I needed to make sure that the new double oven would fit my space. A separate sizing visit was required to assure things would fit and that the Best Buy install would be successful. I agreed. This was a waste of time and money. The appointment had to be within a day or two of the install. It took 6+ weeks to order the oven, so if it did not fit, I am not sure what would have happened! The technicians who came to measure did not know what we bought and had my wife look up the model on the internet to get the dimensions. With that, they confirmed it would fit... same thing I did before I ordered. The install guys never got the data and did not believe the oven would fit when they pulled the old one out! My wife convinced them to go ahead and try without making modification cuts to the cabinet. It fit just fine. the installers were suprised. Save your money

The crew arrived on time, answer all questions and were very polite.

He was unable to complete the job as they had sent one wrong part. This was not his fault. However, the stove was working fully, when he left.

Finally, this man did what the others didn't do. He put all the pieces together, he leveled the refrigerator as it had to be since first time.

Site review and premeasure then they left and expected me to do the work. This visit was an effort to correct several earlier attempts to rectify $18,000 worth of kitchen appliances. I had to finally return all three and source another vendor

The "expert" that did the survey did very little. I knew more about the installation than the expert did. He very casually make a measurement. He noted that he would update the order for a longer hose for the ice maker hook up. (That didn't happen and I cancelled the hose.) He did not view my water supply and I had to supply the shoe covers that he and the assistant needed. I was very unhappy with this service.

I’m home service did not show up for scheduled service.. Do not call, text or email. I had to reschedule a service appointment for them. Serviceman finally arrived took measurements and photos without explaining results. Waited 12 hours next day for scheduled install. Installer did not show up. Canceled order. Order appliance from another company.

The company that came out while friendly, measured the wall oven space incorrectly. I planned to buy an oven from Best Buy but the measurements I was provided did not align with any ovens Best Buy sold. I was then forced to place an order with another company who had ovens that matched the provided dimensions. When that oven was delivered the error was discovered and the install did not take place leaving me with an oven for thanksgiving and having to pay a restocking of 600.00 due to their error.
