Whoever booked the appointment doesn't understand the concept of leaving a memo. I requested multiple times to hav the appointment be in the morning but they always did the afternoon.

The came they measured they left. Very courteous and fast! And most important accurate and answered all my questions.

Two guys came out and measured for a through wall air conditioner.

Finally, this man did what the others didn't do. He put all the pieces together, he leveled the refrigerator as it had to be since first time.

Best buy sent people over to measure are cut out for a new oven everything went great

They quickly responded to an issue with our washing machine and we were able to get it fixed quickly.

The company that came out while friendly, measured the wall oven space incorrectly. I planned to buy an oven from Best Buy but the measurements I was provided did not align with any ovens Best Buy sold. I was then forced to place an order with another company who had ovens that matched the provided dimensions. When that oven was delivered the error was discovered and the install did not take place leaving me with an oven for thanksgiving and having to pay a restocking of 600.00 due to their error.

The team was on time and worked very professionally.

During purchase the installation was scheduled for 07/29/23 Saturday by your sales person When we checked online it is scheduled for Monday. Your sales team in Modesto California location should really work on customer skills except Albert who is always kind. They behave as if they are doing us a favor by serving us. I hope you takes my feedback seriously otherwise what is the point of this survey. Thanks.
