During purchase the installation was scheduled for 07/29/23 Saturday by your sales person When we checked online it is scheduled for Monday. Your sales team in Modesto California location should really work on customer skills except Albert who is always kind. They behave as if they are doing us a favor by serving us. I hope you takes my feedback seriously otherwise what is the point of this survey. Thanks.

Steven did a terrific job. Very happy and found the price to modify kitchen very reasonable.

I don't know how the product worked because you do not have a reliable installation team. The guys who measured our cabinet for the installation of the double oven said that they could do the cutting necessary to install the appliance. However, despite multiple phone calls and emails those two men were not assigned to the installation. Instead, a two man team from Tulsa arrived without the tools necessary to install the unit. They did not know about the previous report from the men who measured the space. I returned the appliance and bought from another store. Your installation service is horrible.

The team came in appraised the outside, driveway, doorways. They measured inside, they were thorough and paid attention to the details.

When the oven was installed I had to pay an additional $150 for the install. To be clear, this involved taking out 4 screws to remove some trim. unplug a microwave and set it aside and then reverse the process. This took an extra 5-7 minutes.

This guy knew his stuff. We were fortunate enough to get him for our next day delivery and install. Awesome installer!

The installation person was very quick and professional.

Site survey and pre-measurement visit was very much below my expectations. The two associates walked in, didn't introduce themselves or say why they were here. They mumbled, took some measurement and proceeded to leave. When asked they said they couldn't tell us what measurements were or whethet the electric wiring was sufficient. They said they would report the measurements and someone would be in touch with us. We never heard back from anyone.

I called for appliance repair under warranty. The customer service rep set up this appointment and when i called becasue the appointment didnt show. They then realized the mistake. Setup second appointment with repair service and the vendor they used canceled the appointment.to this day the appliance still isnt fixed and im out two days waiting for techs. The worst service i have ever paid for
