When I bought it, they said it would be delivered and installed on December 18 now they tell me January 12 someone from Best Buy Minneapolis called and I was supposed to call them back so after 30 tries I still haven’t gotten them and have stopped trying, I hope they weren’t calling to tell me I’ve been postponed even more

We purchased a double oven, stove top and vent. We have not had them put in yet but are very excited to do so.

Both technicians were very knowledgeable and thorough.

When the washer and dryer actually arrived, I was told that they could not be installed because I needed a flexible dryer vent and Best Buy sent only a rigid dryer vent. The installers said that given the space restrictions in my laundry closet, a flexible dryer was required. None of this was brought up at the time of purchase or the during the site survey. The issue should have come during the site survey. Very disappointed.

Cooktop survey for a replacement went well. Might have to enlarge the opening in counter by quarter of an inch. We will see.

My product still hasn’t been received. After a delay of a month due to a door panel not being available from the vendor, I was informed yesterday that my installation which was scheduled for today was cancelled because I am in a geek squad delivery zone but they don’t have anyone to install built in refrigerators. Why have Pacific Kitchen and Bath in your stores without the ability to install built in refrigerators? Now they are saying that a part is still not in and won’t be in for at least another month, while they are trying to figure out who they can get to do the install.
