The two pros were very respectful of the house, and was in and out quickly! They knew their stuff; which gave me confidence for the actual install when it happens in two weeks.

The site survey team came prior to delivery and installation of the new Samsung refrigerator freezer. The measured to make sure that the machine could be delivered and brought through rooms to the location for installation; however, they mis-measured the opening for the two identical machines side by side and did not realize that the refrigerator doors could not fully open.

The gentleman who came to measure was very courteous and professional. He confirmed the refrigerator we purchased would definitely fit through all the openings and it would fit as I hoped it would. The two men who came to deliver our fridge two weeks earlier would not even attempt to make the delivery as the said it would not fit through our front door. The new refrigerator looks great in our home and we are now very happy.

Best Buy measured the cabinet space for fridge. Gave nice suggestions. He was friendly and respectful.

The installers were professional and courteous . They were very careful not to bump into walls . They wore masks which we requested as a member of our household is a cancer patient . Highly recommended THOZ GUYS INSTALLATION

Insignia refrigerator: I like the larger storage space of refrigerator, food is much more accessible; more storage space on door; also like having freezer drawer(s) on lower part of refrigerator. Runs very quietly. Very good price for this much refrigerator space.

The set of people to measure the area the appliance was going , ended up measuring wrong. The installer informed me of this and gave me options. With this amazing knowledge of the item, he was able to get it installed the next day and without any hassle. The best service.

I came into the store purchase a microwave and didnt see anything I was looking for, I was accompanied by an associate in the store at the time. Forgot his name, but he informed me I had more options online. We looked together and I found one and he also assisted me on the delivery and the installation. I wanted to purchase an LG french door refrigerator but wasn't sure it would fit through my front door, dining room door & into the designated spot. I almost gave up but realized I could request an Appliance Site Survey/Pre-measure. The Best Buy staff came to measure & advised that the refrigerator would be able to fit! I was very happy & it was delivered a couple of days ago.

Very pleased with my install, they did amazing job! took the time to do everything right. made sure all was working etc..

Installers were very careful with removing the old cooktop and installing the new cooktop. Clean-up was great.
