The team came to measure for our appliances and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Great service.

This was never completed, wasted two full days of my time all for nothing! The same two guys came to my house twice and they informed me that the people at Best Buy was not doing their job because they had sent the measurements in but they are no where to be found! Both guys were laughing about it, they didnt even go inside the house the second trip out. Was wanting new kitchen appliances but I am going to have to go elsewhere I guess since you don’t want my business!

Horrible. The whole purpose of having the Appliance Survey / Pre-Measure team out to the house was to review why the original 24inch Samsung 'could not be installed' by the TotalTech team because the power cord was too short. They recommended a Bosch replacement but did not provide a model number. Now I have the old broken unit, a new Samsung unit which they wouldn't take with them, and no recommendation for what model Bosch would work. All this after over a MONTH of phone calls and experts visiting the home.

Came on time--the second time. Service visit was scheduled for last week, but they didn't who up. When they did, they measured to see what size stove would fit.

Whoever booked the appointment doesn't understand the concept of leaving a memo. I requested multiple times to hav the appointment be in the morning but they always did the afternoon.

Was required prior to refrigerator install. When leaving team said everything "looked good, and should be getting confirmation". Only later after going to the store for followup did I find out a lengthy email was sent detailing problems with the site. After spending several hours at the store(very helpful) I returned home with only partial resolution. Had to text a picture of the opening with a tape measure confirming a dimension. The inspection report stated a no-go due to a dimension they did not take, but reported. Just an example of the overall experience. 3 site surveys later and a lot of unnecessary irritation approval was granted.

Checked more than dimensions during the site survey, such as electrical junction box.

A lot of issues from beginning of purchase to end...

Measurements taken without explanation or feedback. Told requirements later through salesman without explanation or justification. Just billing. Not comfortable with that.
