I didn’t purchase anything. It was a request for a dryer repair on a warranty I paid for. Made the appointment after days of being bounced around, then had to wait at the house on a time bracket of 12-8pm to have nobody show up. Then on a follow-up call the manager of the Best Buy store in Surprise Arizona tell me that she could not reschedule and gave me the same 800 number that I had tried for days on to make the original appointment. So, we hired an appliance repair company to fix the dryer which has now cost me close to $400.00 dollars. So, yea terrible rating I wouldn’t even give their service 1 star.

They did a very nice job. Was done timely, we’re very polite and professional in their work.

Can’t really rate this. Pre measure did not happen but the installers were 10 stars!!

The person who measured, measured wrong!!! The cooktop did not fit and caused me $375.00 to have the countertop altered.

This review is not for a purchase, but for in home service / pre measure. Once again, after 4 attempts, the appointment did not happen. Best Buy needs to get their act together. The first 2 appointments back in December were no shows. The 3rd appt. they sent a tech guy for my appliance measure, the 4th appt. was delayed for 2 days at the very last minute. These last 2 attempts were set up by the corporate office- didn’t help in getting service. I’ve decided to go with another company for my purchase.

Having a heck of a time getting my range hood purchased in September 2022 delivered and installed. I have had 3 appointments scheduled. The first appointment they could not deliver because an appointment was not made to take measurements. Appointiment made, but measures not documented. Best Buy cannot find in the system and 3rd party vendor will not install without having them. Now on 4th appointment to try to get this done.

The tech measured very accurately to make sure that the kitchen appliance I chose would fit.

Polite and friendly. Gave information and explained everything.

Horrible - the person made no attempt to survey and ensure the washer/dryer will fit and were best for connecting. It was totally useless and I still have no idea if the wash tower will install with the current configuration. Never had a negative experience with Best Buy in the past so was very disappointed. Hoping no issues arise with the.delivery/install because of this.

The original measuring went fine, along with installer coming out to do measurements, BUT... the job seemed to be a little more difficult once the installer came and then we NEVER heard back from the original customer service person. Never got the updated info and then he ghosted us.
