service people were fine but I expected recomnendations for a refrigarator from Best Buy as a followup but got none

I like that the representative was on time and thorough!

Schedule a measurement a week out Took off from work, nobody showed Called and was hung up on twice Third rep said she’d call me back and didn’t Service person said they were 10m away (4hrs late) Didn’t show and called him back and said its canceled Called CS a fourth time and they said they had no info Still ordered a $1500+ appliance and no follow-up :-)

Measurement for a new gas wall oven was professional and informative.

The survey person who came to my whose did not do any survey. He came in & stood there. I ask him a question about the size of the pipe he did not answer any question but said you would have to go to home depot to get the pipe. He did not do any measurement ( i am Sure this was the main reason he came to the house) he told me to move ( in my own house and he is lucky i did not throw him out of my house ) so he can take a picture because i guess best buy who whoever his supervisor is would need the picture. He took the picture and left without taking measurement.

geek squad arrived at my house and began right away and did a very good job at measuring my existing fridge.

They arrived on time, were vaccinated and worked efficiently.

It was just....ok. i was told in the store that they would help me select a washer & dryer to order, yhat would fit my space- that wasnt true.

The delivery installation crew was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, well-mannered, and pleasant!

Let see. I purchased a dishwasher was in back order wait almost a month, set up first appointment they came too early , second appointment again came early , thirs appointment was canceled and the delivery company was calling me for installation, what a mes , what a nightmare, maybe my last purchased in best buy !

Installer checked to see if granite cut was required. Turned out that it was not needed.

The service was great, it was good to know that the measurements were correct before my appliance was delivered.

Pre-measure was done quickly but tech never told us we would lose drawers under cooktop because of item depth. Store called about it weeks later (item on backorder) & did not mention additional cost to remove drawers & rework cabinet face.

Horrible - the person made no attempt to survey and ensure the washer/dryer will fit and were best for connecting. It was totally useless and I still have no idea if the wash tower will install with the current configuration. Never had a negative experience with Best Buy in the past so was very disappointed. Hoping no issues arise with the.delivery/install because of this.
