they never solved our problem. They sent the wrong kind of technician to look at the problem, and in the end, they promised a resolution from an insurance company after 60 days all of this was totally unacceptable. If they don’t reserve it, resume it soon they will lose my business forever.

Technician was on time and knew what he was doing!

It was just....ok. i was told in the store that they would help me select a washer & dryer to order, yhat would fit my space- that wasnt true.

Pre-measure was great, he was on time and measurements were accurate.

Measurements are all wrong lol. Everything is off by an inch. Don’t know if it’s deliberate

Very bad experience with the measurements. The guy came took all the measurement's and left all the measurements were taken wrong no paperwork was given to me I find out when I ordered the appliances according to the measurements per customer service record in file. Such a bad experience

The same guys who damaged my stove were send here to tell me it is my word against them about the damage. The had no idea what they were sending here. Bad bad bad job Bestbuy Your customer service is poor, you hire cheap people from another countries who doesn’t know what they are doing neither speak English possible to be understood

They came out promptly, and gave me exact measurements, that worked perfectly when I installed my dishwasher.

The survey person who came to my whose did not do any survey. He came in & stood there. I ask him a question about the size of the pipe he did not answer any question but said you would have to go to home depot to get the pipe. He did not do any measurement ( i am Sure this was the main reason he came to the house) he told me to move ( in my own house and he is lucky i did not throw him out of my house ) so he can take a picture because i guess best buy who whoever his supervisor is would need the picture. He took the picture and left without taking measurement.
