Measure/survey experience - negative

It was totally useless and I still have no idea if the wash tower will install with the current configuration. Never had a negative experience with Best Buy in the past so was very disappointed. Hoping no issues arise with the.delivery/install because of this.

Installed yesterday no time for comments yet BUT..
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My problem is with the GEEK SQUAD...TWO TIMES NOW!!! 1- I had an appointment to have some come and measure fr a new wall oven..the gentleman that came was for a TV in home theater...with I was not buying...so I had to wait for another appointment...the windows for appointments are for 6 hours...2 times I had to be home !!!! 2- I had an appointment to install a new TV. Window time between 7am and 1pm...He came at 3... In the meantime I had an appointment at 3:45 in the store with the GEEK SQUAD for something else...I had to cancel and reschedule!!! NOT VERY HAPPY!!

"Appliance site survey"

Our in-home consultant recommended one to review our cooktop and downdraft installation but I was never called to schedule it. Furthermore, when the install team to install them ( a day later than originally scheduled) they said it couldn't be done. So I canceled the downdraft but kept the cooktop to get someone else to install. I'm still waiting for my refunds for the downdraft and installation costs and the cooktop installation cost. This probably all could have been avoided it the site survey had occurred as recommended.
