I scheduled a meeting to get mi dryer and washer inspected for connection. Once the technician arrived, he told me he doesn’t do any connections/installations. I called Best Buy again and someone told me that they were not sure why I got scheduled for installation if Best Buy does not provide that service.

i schedule an appoinmet for pre measure and appliance help. they gave me the date and they send an e mail a day before. but they never showed up and didnt call. waste of time waiting on them.

The survey person who came to my whose did not do any survey. He came in & stood there. I ask him a question about the size of the pipe he did not answer any question but said you would have to go to home depot to get the pipe. He did not do any measurement ( i am Sure this was the main reason he came to the house) he told me to move ( in my own house and he is lucky i did not throw him out of my house ) so he can take a picture because i guess best buy who whoever his supervisor is would need the picture. He took the picture and left without taking measurement.

geek squad arrived at my house and began right away and did a very good job at measuring my existing fridge.

They showed up on time and did quick accurate work for a hitch free installation.

My experiences with everyone I talked to were all absolutely disgraceful! 1)No one knew what I wanted in a visit to my home, despite repeated explanations on my part, NO ONE! 2)I did NOT at anytime request a “pre-measure” at any time, NEVER! 3)Evidently Best Buy has their own terminology/language to describe their services (a language that made NO sense whatsoever, NONE). 4)Despite a couple appointments to do “whatever”, no one ever turned up. THANK GOD FOR THAT 5)I will NEVER, EVER call Best Buy again for anything! NEVER!
