No service

Sadly, the sales staff failed to notify the scheduling company as they called me to confirm the appointment one day prior. Refrigerator being measured for had a black interior. This fact was never revealed at Best Buy ( no model at store) and when I saw the product after looking it up on line, I knew I Would not like a refrigerator with a black interior.

Installed yesterday no time for comments yet BUT..
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My problem is with the GEEK SQUAD...TWO TIMES NOW!!! 1- I had an appointment to have some come and measure fr a new wall oven..the gentleman that came was for a TV in home theater...with I was not buying...so I had to wait for another appointment...the windows for appointments are for 6 hours...2 times I had to be home !!!! 2- I had an appointment to install a new TV. Window time between 7am and 1pm...He came at 3... In the meantime I had an appointment at 3:45 in the store with the GEEK SQUAD for something else...I had to cancel and reschedule!!! NOT VERY HAPPY!!

This service is a joke

Best buy totally dropped the ball after. No one called to discuss product's and when i called customer service (at least 8 times) i got transferred, disconnected or was told they couldn't help me. I even emailed the manager of the local store twice with no response. Best buy totally failed s long time loyal customer.

Did not receive all information

Store called about it weeks later (item on backorder) & did not mention additional cost to remove drawers & rework cabinet face.

As a homeowner, I can appreciate how important it would be to get accurate information about the installation requirements for my cooktop in a timely manner, and I apologize for any disappointment encountered. As it sounds like this was setup through a local Best Buy store, I recommend speaking directly to a store manager or calling 1-800 GEEKSQUAD (800-433-5778) with any remaining questions you may have.
