Measurement appointment was canceled prior to scheduled appointment. Sadly, the sales staff failed to notify the scheduling company as they called me to confirm the appointment one day prior. Refrigerator being measured for had a black interior. This fact was never revealed at Best Buy ( no model at store) and when I saw the product after looking it up on line, I knew I Would not like a refrigerator with a black interior.

This is the best idea having them come out and get and know everything they need to do

The survey guys that came were enough for me not to purchase the item. They were totally incompetent and scratched up my woodwork. The same team were to also install. They were no help. Pathetic service.

THe guys measureed and then I never heard from Best Buy. I am now told to set up a new site survey for measuting the same products.

I was very pleased with the two gentlemen who came to premeasure. They were knowlegeable and very professional.

Never showed up or called. Customer service wasn't any help and i was rescheduled for 6 weeks later. Thats ridiculous and very poor customer service.

The technicians who have installed new equipment have had exceptional knowledge and great patience.

The presumed site survey never happened. Our in-home consultant recommended one to review our cooktop and downdraft installation but I was never called to schedule it. Furthermore, when the install team to install them ( a day later than originally scheduled) they said it couldn't be done. So I canceled the downdraft but kept the cooktop to get someone else to install. I'm still waiting for my refunds for the downdraft and installation costs and the cooktop installation cost. This probably all could have been avoided it the site survey had occurred as recommended.

The gentleman who did thr site survey was amazing. Best buy totally dropped the ball after. No one called to discuss product's and when i called customer service (at least 8 times) i got transferred, disconnected or was told they couldn't help me. I even emailed the manager of the local store twice with no response. Best buy totally failed s long time loyal customer.

i schedule an appoinmet for pre measure and appliance help. they gave me the date and they send an e mail a day before. but they never showed up and didnt call. waste of time waiting on them.
