This was really a waste of time, my time. Suggestion? Do your own measuring and checking for the correct gas and electrical needs. First, the oven did NOT fit into the area that he measured. The counter had an overhang. Second, the electrical was 220v and needed a 110v. Third, the gas valve was 1/2" and needed to be 5/8". So, the delivery guys had to return it for a later date. DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK! This was useless.

Great team and wonderful approach to customer service.

The presumed site survey never happened. Our in-home consultant recommended one to review our cooktop and downdraft installation but I was never called to schedule it. Furthermore, when the install team to install them ( a day later than originally scheduled) they said it couldn't be done. So I canceled the downdraft but kept the cooktop to get someone else to install. I'm still waiting for my refunds for the downdraft and installation costs and the cooktop installation cost. This probably all could have been avoided it the site survey had occurred as recommended.

Person came out to measure. Needed custom work done. He said no problem. Never gave measurement to Best Buy so we could order Double Wall Oven. Best Buy store tried to call the contractor company, but no one answered phone. Then found out much later that Best Buy will not to any work that cabinet needs to be cut to fit a longer space. Took 10 days to find out this information.

Installation crew were on time and they knew exactly what to do. They quick in and out of the house.

Considering they left no measurements or even documents that they were here I found my time wasted. As a matter of fact the in-store rep I spoke to last week checked and saw that they didn't even report any measurements back to Best Buy so he was going to arrange for a Best Buy tech to come back out and measure.

Poor measurements. Same guy who measured tried to install the wall oven and couldn’t fit it in the space. Why have we wasted one week to measure if he was unable to measure correctly? Unprofessional and rude service. I’m shocked!. Oven sits in my car garage now and gets dust instead of being installed 5 days ago!

Site survey was done properly but caution to Best BUY please choose your vendors carefully.

Was told that to put in new oven that needed someone to come measure. Appointment was between 8-12. Received a call at 12:30 saying they would be there in 45 minutes. Oh my...nothing like taking half a day off work for this. When they finally showed up they were there less than 5 minutes. Were measuring the oven, not the cutout area like they were supposed to. Were to take the oven out to see where the electrical box was.. they didn't. Complete waste of a day. I ended up measuring myself but of course, when they showed up a week later to install, there was a problem with the positioning of the electrical box. Sigh.

The measurements were incorrect and when the oven was to be installed, it did not fit. Had to start the order and delivery process over again. Additionally, the service rep who measured the space refused to give the tenants the measurements because they were not the owners. Subsequently, the owners were unable to get the measurements from anyone at Best Buy.
