Perfect job and suggested extra steps due to opening being larger than the oven going in

One star is generous for this service. They were scheduled between 7 am and 1 pm. They called and texted to confirm the day before. At 12:58 pm, yes two minutes before the end of the window, they called to tell me they were running late, would not make it, and I needed to call customer service to reschedule. I called customer service to express my frustration. I was given a new time...there by 4:00. Guess what...yes, they missed that time too. They showed up at my door at 5:05 pm. I canceled the whole order.

Terrible. Website set up wrong type of visit. Received call to schedule. Was told I'd recieve call from person to do visit. When I spoke with them, they said they needed to look into it. THen No followup. Visit has not yet happened. I'm back to square one.

I set a appointment. Got 3 text and one email confirming time. The guys callEd and they said completely different time period. Had to quickly drive home.They were to measure for stove top. Told them fan shouldn’t be included However I guess they did. Set another appointment but told them in a 3 way call we had to leave by 10:00am for prior appointment they agreed. They called back on day of appointment at 9:40 and said they were 30 minutes out. Too late we said. We canceled and Zach from Park City Best Buy never called to rescheduled Never got the stove top

Professional job. Nice fellow who made minor carpentry adjustments with no additional charge. THank you.

Delivery and than the installation is a challenge with Best Buy Worst communication possible, even though, I have bought two sets of appliances, for almost 19000$ and am A prime member Not going to buy anymore and wish, anyone the best of luck dealing with them

This is terrible, the button to cancel does not function

My refrigerator was delivered today, but was not installed due to incorrect measurements. I was told by the gentlemen delivering my refrigerator that for clearance, the handrails would need to be removed before they can bring the refridgerator into the kitchen. I would have this done before they showed up if someone told me in advance after the Site Survey was completed.

Just awful delivery service. Too many excuses Sri list them all. First one though was the original attempted delivery. Driver said my refrigerator couldn’t be brought the stairs and the old refrigerator couldn’t be brought down. Said they were too big. The one they were supposed to take away came up the same stairway and the new one was smaller!

Went through pre-deliver. But delivery people void.

The measuring and consultation was great, but no one followed up to make an actual purchase.

Had our appliances brake down in the past and geek squad helped with replacement

It’s easy to use, easy to clean and fan is efficient

Came back out for a second time and left a piece of paper. No one reach back out to me . Had purchased a month ago. That was march it’s may now i got a refund which took 15 days I’ll try again next year
