Poor measurements. Same guy who measured tried to install the wall oven and couldn’t fit it in the space. Why have we wasted one week to measure if he was unable to measure correctly? Unprofessional and rude service. I’m shocked!. Oven sits in my car garage now and gets dust instead of being installed 5 days ago!

The measurements were incorrect and when the oven was to be installed, it did not fit. Had to start the order and delivery process over again. Additionally, the service rep who measured the space refused to give the tenants the measurements because they were not the owners. Subsequently, the owners were unable to get the measurements from anyone at Best Buy.

Knowledgeable, quick and neat. Know their stuff. Will use them again.

My refrigerator was delivered today, but was not installed due to incorrect measurements. I was told by the gentlemen delivering my refrigerator that for clearance, the handrails would need to be removed before they can bring the refridgerator into the kitchen. I would have this done before they showed up if someone told me in advance after the Site Survey was completed.

We have had the worst experience with our Best Buy Consultant. We ordered appliances almost a year ago, and after waiting over four months to receive our range, it doesn't fit between our granite counter top. The consultant threw the issue over the fence for us to deal with after he screwed up with the measurements. Almost a year later we still do not have a stove that we have been paying for. This whole issue has been far beyond stressful, in fact a total nightmare that has yet to be resolved.

Had our appliances brake down in the past and geek squad helped with replacement

Just awful delivery service. Too many excuses Sri list them all. First one though was the original attempted delivery. Driver said my refrigerator couldn’t be brought the stairs and the old refrigerator couldn’t be brought down. Said they were too big. The one they were supposed to take away came up the same stairway and the new one was smaller!

Terrible. Website set up wrong type of visit. Received call to schedule. Was told I'd recieve call from person to do visit. When I spoke with them, they said they needed to look into it. THen No followup. Visit has not yet happened. I'm back to square one.

Delivery and than the installation is a challenge with Best Buy Worst communication possible, even though, I have bought two sets of appliances, for almost 19000$ and am A prime member Not going to buy anymore and wish, anyone the best of luck dealing with them

The measuring and consultation was great, but no one followed up to make an actual purchase.
