I was told by the gentlemen delivering my refrigerator that for clearance, the handrails would need to be removed before they can bring the refridgerator into the kitchen. I would have this done before they showed up if someone told me in advance after the Site Survey was completed.

The team member from BB that took the measurements did a good job but the store won't give the measurements to me so I can buy my appliances.

Unhappy customer

First one though was the original attempted delivery. Driver said my refrigerator couldn’t be brought the stairs and the old refrigerator couldn’t be brought down. Said they were too big. The one they were supposed to take away came up the same stairway and the new one was smaller!

Completely unresponsive

It took multiple phone calls, emails, and text messages to get this service done. This included two no-call, no-shows on scheduled appointments. I had to threaten complete order cancellation and a report to the Attorney General's office before they finally showed up. And when they did, they weren't the most professional service people I've dealt with. Do not use BestBuy unless it is a remedy of last resort.
