Poor measurements that cost me extra money

When they came to install from Best Buy, it didn't fit in that costed me 225 to get the counter cut. Called about it and someone from best buy said they would send 100 dollars as compensation that never arrived. Called to fup on that and no one responding but just putting on hold for over an hour.

poor best but contratcors

When I asked him to provide further information he said "not my job man". Best buy desperately needs better contractors if they ever expect me to buy from them again.

Site Survey Ghost Call

The short story is that after my husband took off from work to ensure that he would be home, the person showed up and took a picture of our front door. The site survey person did not ring the doorbell or knock. Even if my husband missed a knock, our dog would not have. Disappointed.

Worst experience!! Never showed!! Still Waiting!

He said the measuring people quit (that day) ~ rescheduled and they finally got to my Mom's and measured ~ was told he would be away on vacation for a week ~ called him a week after measuring and was told I would get an email with recommendations and measurements. I only received this email for this survey!!! A week later and I called him again yesterday and now today still nothing!!! So here it is September 19 and still waiting, waiting, waiting!!!
