We have yet to get firm confirmation of what appliance will fit in the space as the third party who measured has not reached out to us or Best Buy with the measurements. It’s been a few weeks with no response from anyone. We expected better service from Best Buy.

The contractor never got back to me with an estimate cost for additional work we discussed needed with our Best Buy purchase. His company’s voicemail was full, I and couldn’t leave a message. He arrived at house not knowing exactly what he was doing. Took a quick measure and asked if there was anything else I needed. I was surprised at the lack of preparedness.

The Best Buy Totaltech warranty was misrepresented to me as a full repair or replacement policy by the salesperson. It is neither. It only pays a percentage of repairs or replacement costs - keep that in mind before dropping $200 on it. All Best Buy is doing here is trying to sell their goods by way of a lousy warranty policy.

August 1 was the first appointment and they never showed!! He said the measuring people quit (that day) ~ rescheduled and they finally got to my Mom's and measured ~ was told he would be away on vacation for a week ~ called him a week after measuring and was told I would get an email with recommendations and measurements. I only received this email for this survey!!! A week later and I called him again yesterday and now today still nothing!!! So here it is September 19 and still waiting, waiting, waiting!!!

I was given a time window. Of course, I was at my house waiting for the team to come. Not only did they not even bother to give me a call, they never even showed up! After waiting for 3 hours, with no phone call and no-show, this made me decide that BestBuy appliance team is the WORST!

No one came to measure for high shelf.Installer said he ordered a high shelf and Geek Squad ordered replacement for damaged stainless steel griddle to be sent from Kentucky. It was suppose to arrive Tuesday. May 11,2021 No follow up on when to expect delivery. I will have to continue to buy expensive takeout food 7 days a week. I can’t use the stove I am making payments on the 2 of every month.

The "pre-measure" appointment never happened because the technician couldn't figure out where the main gate was to my neighborhood community and simply drove away. We had to reschedule for the next week (which was supposed to be the installation date). The two technicians who came on the new date were much, much more reliable.

I bet I talked to the Appliance folks at 800.304.1259 5 or 6 times and no one could tell me why we have not had the site survey. I received four emails / texts confirming the window time and no one showed. Customer Service is horrible. Now they just want to bring the $3000 Oven out and see if it will fit. The small print states no refunds are given for deliveries and installation if its delivered. I guess Best Buy wants a return........................
