I'm still waiting for the measurements from my visits. How can I see them.

No one came to measure for high shelf.Installer said he ordered a high shelf and Geek Squad ordered replacement for damaged stainless steel griddle to be sent from Kentucky. It was suppose to arrive Tuesday. May 11,2021 No follow up on when to expect delivery. I will have to continue to buy expensive takeout food 7 days a week. I can’t use the stove I am making payments on the 2 of every month.

Terrible! The pre measurement guys came to my house for less than 5 minutes. Took only surface measurements of my appliances but never pulled anything out or measured depth. Needless to say when the install guys came days later none of my appliances fit and had to pay additional money for them to cut my cabinets. This “proactive” process doesn’t even work.

I bet I talked to the Appliance folks at 800.304.1259 5 or 6 times and no one could tell me why we have not had the site survey. I received four emails / texts confirming the window time and no one showed. Customer Service is horrible. Now they just want to bring the $3000 Oven out and see if it will fit. The small print states no refunds are given for deliveries and installation if its delivered. I guess Best Buy wants a return........................

Despite several surveys and assurances from sales experts, product did not fit in space. Major cabinet modifications required. DO NOT buy major appliances from BB. Incompetent plus no control or coordination with delivery and installation services

Zero stars if that were an option. They came out to measure my wall oven/micro combo for a replacement. They unbolted from the wall even and said the new one would fit. When the installers brought the oven, it didn’t fit length, width OR depth!!! Thanks for wasting our time and causing us to have to deal with a retuned appliance!

I ordered four appliances in February. Only two have been installed and it is May. I have had two site measurements for a combo microwave and wall oven. The sales associates still haven’t found anything to fit. I paid for all of the appliances on February 10.

When the guys came they didn't even tell me if the appliance would fit or not. We had to go to the store to find out. So not a good experience.

This was the worst experience of my life! I felt like I was in a bad dream. I wiah I couls give 0 stars

Zero communication. I tried to cancel on-line, Called on the phone. Got on the chat window to cancel. They showed up anyway when I was out of town and convinced a neighbor to let them in.

I had an appointment set up to measure my kitchen appliances. My appointment was set up between noon to 8 pm. I waited pretty much all of that time from 11:30 am-8 pm. I called Best Buy multiple times and they said the company was already on there way. Nothing! A few days later I received a voicemail stating that i wasn’t home. So irritating!

The guys were on time and courteous and respectful.

After a week, I have still not received a printout of the recommendation. I have even directly texted the BB Advisor who came to my home.

Richard came out and did the pre-measure. Answered questions.

No one ever showed up. Three times. with no follow up on Best Buy's end. I had to keep texting, calling and emailing in order to get it rescheduled. It was never measured and then when they finally showed up to install, it didn't fit. I have never dealt with such an incompetent company with zero customer service or care.

Sadly had this scheduled with my property manager, didn’t realize the inspection person didn’t show up. May have saved some headaches as they were to review if any parts were needed or any concerns before they install. Resulted in a pipe needing repair among other things

Great experience with the store personal and the installers

The technician was on time, quick and neat but the measurements never made it to the installers and the opening for one of the appliances was to small for the appliance.

Good people did the work. The work was timely and well done
