I’m not sure why new stove arrived and didn’t fit, despite his premeasure. In addition, he told me to have electrician install 3 prong plug. When stove arrived installer said the stove meant to be hard wired. $125 waste. I only saw the the service man take 1 measurement for 3 new appliances.

Microwave did not fit existing space. We were told it would. Cost us an additional $225 for trim of the opening. Very dissatisfied. Microwave and oven do not look like they belong together. Interior of microwave much smaller than our previous unit.

I had an issue with Best buy installation team. They were npt equipment to make modifications. I recommend you stop selling top of line appliances and your service team can assist. I was given a gift card buy I spend more with outside help. We had no stove for months

The service tech barely said two words during the visit (I'd call that a bit rude) and had the personality of a wet noodle. On top of that when the installer arrived, he did not have any notes from the site survey in regards to cabinet mods that had to be done in order to accommodate the dishwasher install nor a record that I had already taken out the downdraft from the previously installed cook top.

We have had multiple cancellations and delays for installation. Shane has done a great job trying to get things corrected and moving. The installers showed up Thursday but forgot to bring the wall oven they were going to install. Working with Shane on purchase was smooth and efficient. Everything else has been a nightmare.

The technician didn't measure completely causing frustration when the install tech arrived. The old oven should have been pulled out from the wall to get an accurate measurement.

All my appliance buying experiences with Best Buy have been horrible. Very rude customer service. Tried to cancel this appointment over and over to no avail. Phone customer service is horrible.

the pre installation guys looked at my cabinets and told me I need "Major work" in order to make the cabinet accept the new oven. I measured the opening in front of the guy and it matched the manufactures specification for the Kitchen Aid oven I purchased. He was not impressed. He told me to do what ever I wanted. F you buddy. I do not need these guys next time.

I tried to purchase an electric 30 inch double wall oven and a 30 inch cook top. I was told I could not purchase any appliances with out your company coming out and measuring my cabintry although I had all measurements of existing appliances with me. They have never measured. One star is a gift.

I was lied to about free installation if I had purchased an OTR Microwave. Went to my local best buy to purchase the item and was told i had to pay and additional 150.00 for installation. Just a complete waist of time. Found a Microwave elsewhere and saved 150.00 dollars.

I have been pleased with Best Buy for years, but a purchase made last May 31st still has not been delivered. I call customer service and someone checks for a while and says "OK, it has been fixed, you will get a call for scheduling in a couple of days". The call never comes...
