Installers never showed up after waiting for them whole day.

Nobody ever showed up for appointment. Called store associate and was told he'd look into it, then he never called me back. It's been 2 weeks so that's clearly not happening

The best buy contractors ACE company is worst for taking premeasures for refrigerators, specially the guy name is Carlos. Not sure whats wrong with him. Because of him I lost $600

I tried to cancel the appointment. But the team still showed up.

Survey has been scheduled twice. No one showed up either time

Negative stars. I was stood up twice by the inhome service. The first time, there was no call. Second time a call was made saying they were coming, but the weather might be a problem… then no show or call. Very very disappointed!!

I purchased a stove top and vent, wall oven, and microwave with trim package. The subcontractors damaged my cabinet while installing the microwave. I have left several messages for your claims department all week, and have not heard back. today is Friday. I would appreciate if someone would call me back.

day came for visit and was told that tec was set up to and not know that system so cancled. A waste of our time.

This is NOT an actual 30-inch stove top!! There is an apron that runs around the top, making it unable to be put into a 30-inch marble insert opening!! Very frustrating

I had a scheduled appointment but noone showed up for the appointment nor did they call to say they were not coming. Very disappointing

The service was horrible. Went to OV store to order a stove top. First the survey people never came had to redo. They get measurement I have not heard anything from them yet try calling. leave message no respond . Chris Platt not profession !!

The site survey person didn't call 30 minutes before arriving nor did they ring the door bell. Just a knock on the door and left shortly thereafter. People were home and if they had called then the appointment would have been completed. This service is not complete as indicated on your website.

Extremely disappointed with Best Buy service we were scheduled for delivery no one showed up and there was no communication from Best Buy I had to reach out to customer service to find our stove is not even available and they have no idea when it will arrive

I filed a claim but they just ignored me. They told me to call Sedgwick but this company don't answer my call . I called so many times but no one returning my calls. Unbelievable!

I ordered a Downdraft for my kitchen. Two different people came out to measure, and I still haven't received the product. I have called and left a message, but my call hasn't been returned. I am disappointed! I cannot recommend it to anyone because I haven't received anything yet.

Items were not installed because they would not fit. The pre measurements were obviously useless.

So many things went wrong, there's too many to list. And why? Because frankly, Best Buy seems to have bitten off more than it can chew. Best Buy needs much better quality control, not something it can do by delegating these services to 3rd parties. The consequences: another lost customer.
