didnt arrive when scheduled. called about it and just got someone who didnt understand

Second time they came and said they couldn’t do it and left

Person was very nice, but the follow through with the installation side has not been the greatest of service. On my 4th try to get my cooktop installed.

The site survey did uncover that the cutout size was not correct for the trim kit/microwave purchase. When the installers came, it would not cover the opening.

Measurements were INACCURATE. The installation was a nightmare and still have not bad resolution. This is unacceptable.

The In-Home advisor never returned my calls or text messages. They seem to assume that I know the issue is being escalated without telling me.

Never showed for the survey. Not sure how you can even report that it was completed!! So disappointed in your service. I cannot even reach the representative who made arrangements.

Guy came an measured door and left, never heard back

Had an agent come by for a site survey/pre-measure for a range hood and it's been four days and I have yet to hear back regarding the next steps. Guess that explains why the service was free.

Took off work, never received a call and no one ever showed. I tried to call, got an automated machine then placed on hold for over 30 minutes. Finally got a person on the line that transferred me around 6 times then got hung up on.

Promised by sales I would have answer on the spot if appliances would fit or not. I got a response but was told his boss would give final answer. Never heard back. Delivery next day. Sales told me to accept delivery. No one in sync

They came after the washer was delivered & did not areange for dryer to be delivered - still have no dryer!!!

Took a half day off work to stay home for a new appliance pre-measure that was scheduled from 12:00pm-4:00pm. A robo call at 11:30am from the logistics company doing the pre-measure said someone should arrive at 12:00pm. No one showed up until approx. 4:20pm. Wasted half day off work.

Incompetent people! Not trustworthy. After almost one year we still can’t have our appliances bundle ( Viking fridge, stove, range hood and dishwasher) install properly.

I have not heard a word about what refrigerator will fit 10 days later. No follow up. People who measured said it will be in the computer and someone would reach out

I am not sure what product that this is regarding. If it is about the fridge repair, the guys left in less than 5 minutes saying they were going to order the part. We have heard nothing since.

You were supposed to show up on November 16 to measure. I stayed home from work, and you never came. Service was terrible. I was very dissappointed. I hope my stove arrives on time.

I sat on phone with customer service to add removal of appliance to my order. They told me they couldn’t help me I have to do it in website. There is no way to add that on website they lied now I have to call back again and wait on hold

The appointment was delayed several times until a 9:30 pm text promised to be at the house by 10pm. Never showed. Wasted nine hours waiting for a no-show.

Horrible. They lied and said it might fit. Didnt bother to say (until I asked) that wifi module would never fit
