    What is there to say, the guys came out, measured our doorways, and assured us the refrigerator we ordered would fit... It did not.

    This service never occurred. False reporting. Purchased in February, never showed up; claim to have completed measuring for appliances in June, never appeared or attempted to contact me.

    Appliance tech was lazy, did not measure the oven box. Lone Star Appliance sucks. Not a good representative for Best Buy.

    Two men came in and took some quick measurements and left. I was told I would be contacted by someone in the next few days. No one called. What a waste.

    Paid for my items months ago, installation and service botched many times. Still not done even after apologies and promises. Made wrong measurements to begin with. Sent people who had no clue what they were doing.

    The installers visited our property and they never told me what ovens/microwaves would fit. Lousy service and a waste of my time.

    Super unprofessional. The person didn’t show up on the day and then called late evening saying he will come the next day. He never showed up.

    What a joke. No one from BestBuy did a pre-installation survey. Installers did an pre-installation survey, but none of that information was passed along to us.

    If there is a zero star I would give that. The third party inspection guy never showed up. It has been a painful experience with best buy.

    Incorrect measurements, lack of workmanship. When the installer came, he couldn’t adjust. Our cooktop is sitting in the garage. Pathetic.

    They came out and did the survey as planned but never got back to us about a price. Was told they'd call within 2 days. Called Best buy twice and was told she'd look into it. She never got back to us either. Total waste of time
