    Incorrect measurements, lack of workmanship. When the installer came, he couldn’t adjust. Our cooktop is sitting in the garage. Pathetic.

    I had two scheduled dates set up for someone to come measure my stove top counter and both times, no one showed up. As far as I’m concerned, you have lost my business.

    Best Buy scheduled it for the wrong address, and the surveyors gave me wrong information resulting in the delay of my install by over three weeks...IN A NEW BUILD HOUSE! Never again!

    The person who came out to measure my stove modifications and do the survey was very rude and angry. Please make sure this person never comes back to my home.

    Worst retail experience in recent memory. Multiple cancellations and re-schdulings of installation from Best Buy resulted in my canceling the order entirely.

    the measurements were wrong so it took three refrigerators until the right one fit. total nightmare. A treat to myself turned into a boil on the butt of humanity. measure yourself. It doesn't take a rocket scientist.
