    Powerful light, but not wide enough range.

    I really like this lamp, especially the three levels of lighting, though the medium is almost the same as the brightest. The reason I have given 4* is that it does not throw the light as widely as I’d hoped. I have to move it around while working on larger projects. I have another Ottley with a round head in another room. This tends to have a better range, though is less stable.

    LG French door refrigerator.

    The refrigerator is a very good value for the price. The shelves are not spaced properly for containers with the height of milk cartons. They need to be placed on door. The ice dispenser and water dispenser work well except the light could be brighter when this option is being used.

    I purchase a top of the line Kitchen Aid oven two years ago and paid extra for a lifetime warranty. I called to get it repaired. Was that ever a dead end. I was told that the warranty was not good. But it is a lifetime warranty and I paid extra for it. The warranty was no longer good because I had not renewed my Best Buy membership. He mentioned that the warranty was contingent upon me maintaining my membership with that program. I told him that I only got rid of the membership because I was told that it had gone away… And the guy said oh yeah there was a membership program that was related to tech. installation. He also mentioned that I could pay to have someone come out and do the repair. Why would I pay again to have someone come out and pay when I thought I had a lifetime warranty and then worry about any kind of warranty that went along with this repair. Especially if they are finding ways of backing out of any warranty situation, they can with their customers. The guy I was talking to was even confused himself with the plans and what they offered. I asked him if you’re confused. How can your customers keep up? So, Best Buy is no longer a store that I will support.

    The installers were awesome. They took care of everything. They didn’t break, scratch, or try to jam anything where it would not fit. They did an amazing job and I am very pleased with how everything turned out.

    The at home pre-measure was so helpful! They came in, measured my space, and showed me multiple refrigerators that would work best for my kitchen. They were in and out in ten minutes. They even sent me the refrigerators in a text so I could go back and check which ones I had to choose from. I would recommend the in-home service to anybody that is in the market for a new appliance.

    Three weeks ago I bought an open box refrigerator. The sales guy did not put the correct address in so it went to the wrong address. Then I went in the next day and spoke to the manager. Then again it gets delivered to the wrong address. I spoke to the manager again. Customer service failed to finish the ticket that was put in. I ask to pick it up. The manager says ok but let me see what I can do. He said I can get you delivered Saturday so I said fine, then nothing. I go to the store again demanding answer. The rude store associate told me they sent it to Cleveland. I was and am lived now at this point. The rude associate that I had to deal with made it even worse. Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service in my life. There is so much more I want to say about this because my head is spinning with frustration.

    Jimmy, Terry and Tim at tue Columbia MD elkridge location were extremely helpful in exchanging a tv that we had a problem with. They were all highly professional and curtious and solved the problem very quickly. I highly recommended dealing with any one of these employees of you visit this location.

    The in-home service option offered by Best Buy Total Tech is super convenient and worth the yearly fee. They deliver the product and install the equipment. If there is any issue they return at a later date to make any repair. Of note, repair services are provided by BestBuy technicians, while installation is assigned to 3rd party providers.
