The Geek Squad In Home Service is the best thing going today!

The team arrived for installation, not "pre-measure" or so we had been told. The dishwasher was delivered but it could not be installed because the under-sink shut-off was stuck open. We offered to do the shut off at the street but were denied. We were told to call the 800 number when it was fixed, which was completed the next day. No answer at the installer number and the best new installation date from Best Buy was two weeks away! The "pre-measure" was more like a "pre-veto." This is the second time Best Buy Service has let us down; the products were great in both cases,

We ordered and paid for two appliances. Days later we were informed the one item was actually not in stock. Then the second arrived for installation and it was the wrong size for our built-in cabinet. It took nearly a month to get the our credit placed on my credit card. The person we dealt with was very rude. It's a shame to be treated badly when the money is owed to you. We have spent 10's of thousands of dollars with Best Buy and Magnolia over the years. We'll never never buy from them again.

Third party installers were very knowledgeable and courteous.

Customer service is not always a Best Buy rep. I was relayed to another company that handles their customer complaints. It made things very difficult to resolve my problem.

You may think you are saving by using best buy installation service. It is aan illusion, since the third party will charge you dime and nickel for every small thing. Upon delivery of dishwasher, we were quoted $400+ to install by third party, even though we purchased installation. I understood that they are going to be the case for every appliance I purchased. I had to cancel all orders I had with Best Buy.

We purchased this cleaner in May 2023. It has been a constant headache. Finally, it gave out and did not move at all. We called the manufacturer with the problem. They told us to return it to Best Buy, which we did. They refused to grant a refund (about $480). We'll never do business with Best Buy again.

Beware of buying insignia dryers. If you need a repair no repair shops will fix it. 1 1/2 year and mine needs a gas valve already .
