You may think you are saving by using best buy installation service. It is aan illusion, since the third party will charge you dime and nickel for every small thing. Upon delivery of dishwasher, we were quoted $400+ to install by third party, even though we purchased installation. I understood that they are going to be the case for every appliance I purchased. I had to cancel all orders I had with Best Buy.

We purchased this cleaner in May 2023. It has been a constant headache. Finally, it gave out and did not move at all. We called the manufacturer with the problem. They told us to return it to Best Buy, which we did. They refused to grant a refund (about $480). We'll never do business with Best Buy again.

Beware of buying insignia dryers. If you need a repair no repair shops will fix it. 1 1/2 year and mine needs a gas valve already .

Unfortunately the Best Buy Premeasure or site survey consultant did not understand the space for a double oven. Their knowledge should have included the placement of the electric outlet at minimum as well as the measured space within a cabinet.

Service was poor. They stated AC wouldn't fit in our box, but turned out the difference in size was .1 inches. But they were saying it was 4 inches off. They didn't know what they were doing.

This never happened. Nobody came to my house. I had to do it myself. And if this review doesn't get posted, I'll know that BestBuy screens out the critical reviews and only displays favorable ones.

I can't give you a review. The dishwasher was scratched, so the delivery men returned it to the warehouse. New one being delivered Wednesday, 12/22. Hope this one is perfect. Low ratings are due to damage to exterior. I never had a chance to use it.

My review of Best Buy is that they have terrible customer service and they don’t like there customers at all. Never saw a place give back money so fast. Never ask why or how can I help with the situation. Terrible all around never shop there again.

The installation was done, worked but stopped working after few days. Waiting for Best Buy third-party engineers to come fix it.

Geek Squad individuals. Said the non functioning remote would be replaced free at Best Buy. When I went to Best Buy they made me pay for it.

Had to call for service 10 days after it was delivered and couldn’t get an appointment for two weeks. Freezer is filled with frost and the condenser is running continuously.

worst service ever. No professionalism. They don't answer any questions we ask and are always in rush. They just wanted to leave the place without the job done.

Three different teams installed a microwave. All were very unprofessional and not very knowledgeable about installing appliances.

The company used was Betos Delivery and they were the worse. Best Buy needs to really evaluate and re-consider their third party delivery services.
