The site survey identified what would have been a problem...the electric supply to the new oven was at the top of the oven, whereas the old oven had it on the bottom. I was able to have an electrician correct the problem, which on a 50 amp circuit would have prevented installation of the new oven if not identified prior to delivery. This was NOT something that could be seen just from looking at the specs of the old oven, but was noted due to the experience of the site survey guy!

We wanted the measurements to reflect what size microwave would fit in our existing space without cutting our tile which would be an extra cost. We didn’t realize until after they left that the measurements they gave us only accounted for the width of our space. The measurement they gave us for the height did not reflect the size of our opening to the top of our backsplash. I didn’t need them them to come out just for that. So basically it was a waste of time.

I feel that your pre measure service is absolutely customer friendly and takes the guess work out of the purchase process. I had no idea if the washer/dryer that i wanted to buy would fit the space that i had or if i could use a gas dryer. The professionals that you sent over (at no cost to me) explained that due to new State regulations, we could no longer use a gas dryer. We then went to the Hyannis store and ordered it with an electric dryer. Without their valuable input, we would have purchased a gas dryer in error.

I love my new oven. It is everything I expected it to be. It is very easy to operate. The men that installed the oven were extremely knowledgeable of their job.

Both Frank and Junior did a great job measuring every detail prior to my instalation ! They eent above and beyond taking their time and left no details untouched! Great customer service from them and from Ashley who helped me select new apicances. I am grateful for the best buy team!

I have a tight space for a stackable washer and dryer, so I had the measurements taken by a Best Buy expert. Now I am waiting for the installation. So, fingers crossed that the fit will be perfect!

Unless you have super wide entry doors and a straight shot into the kitchen, use this service to see exactly what you can and can not fit into your doorways, My appt was between 8am and 12pm. He arrived at 830am, measured and straight up told me the limits on what I can get into my house.

They were late but they called that they would be late. They did know what they were doing and explained everything clearly. They also let me make a photocopy of their findings. They came to measure the cook top stove, the built in oven, and the fan. They did open the paneling in an area to find the gas shut off valve and whether there was an electricity there (the old oven and stove have continual pilot lights). They did remove two screws to get the paneling to open and did not put the screws back. I noticed right after they left and went out to tell them but they had already gone. Then I realized that whoever installs the new oven will need to access that area anyway, so getting the two screws back in place can be done when the install is complete.

Sales executives was very professional although the product take some extra time to deliver but it was well worth the wait great sales people and smooth installer they know what there doing

The two fellows who came to review the situation before the actual installation were knowledgeable and polite. No complaints. They assessed the job and did what they were sent out to do.

While the guys were super nice, they seemed confused about really what to measure when they came by. I felt like I had to direct them and even had the measurements myself for them to verify the fridge would fit through the door. I would definitely recommend these guys for delivery but the whole measurement thing was a wasted appointment.

In-home service was as expected. Service man arrived on time and made sure our new fridge would fit into the space provided.

Mike from HT Hook it Up did a great job both evaluating the work that would be needed to install the new wall oven, but he was hired to also do the work. It literally took 10 mins for installers because Mikes cutout and platform rebuild work was perfect

Tech came out to measure current countertop dimensions to see if a replacement rangetop could fit. He said it will work but said he would double check with his boss if they could cut the countertop. He never got back to me.

The appliance looks good installed and the wife is happy!!!
