The site survey/ premeasure went fine, both of them. There were issus with the installers, but the site survey guys were good.

Excellent service and pre-installation followed by installation of Microwave/Oven unit by Best Buy technicians. They measured the area, made sure the unit we chose would fit perfectly.

I’m really happy with the appearance of Whirlpool washer and dryer ( it’s in my kitchen behind doors). There are quite a few settings to learn and I’m still learning but it’s working well, There are 2 negatives on the washer:. it is extremely loud ( on all settings) and is very deep. I am constrained by measurements (size of actual washer and dryer) )so I have to go with modern, sleek, window or go back to plain white .

Came and measured my space but did not give me recommendations for a washer and dryer based off what they measured?

This was an okay service, it did stop me from purchasing too big for my space but the guy wasn’t helpful in giving me exact measurements for what I needed. Also why would they send 2 men into my home to measure a space? One just stood there no mask, not saying anything just looking around very awkwardly.

The gentleman were perfect! They measured and advised me that my range would fit and answered my questions!

The guy came in looked at my oven and said the new one will fit. He did not measure; we'll see.

REGARDING INSTALLATION SERVICE => Measurements were performed by your BestBuy non techs but were in error. Despite being a TotalTech member in good standing with promised free installation, because of your error I had to pay $195 extra to the installation subcontractor (Costa Lake). Not fair.

On time, frindly and professional service. Well done. Worth the time to be prepared for the installation.

Evan was fantastic to work with! We first met in the store, where his knowledge and practicality were so helpful. But what really stood out was Evan's continued support and communication. He ended up coming out to our house on two separate occasions--once to make sure all was good for install, and second when the installation needed some additional attention he was here and very supportive and helpful! He made the whole kitchen renovation process so much easier for us! Thanks Evan!

This unit matches the rest of my appliances perfectly. It was easily installed and works just fine. Looking forward to using some of the timing and cleaning functions this offers. The first "bake" yielded great results.

Extremely unprofessional. He was there to measure accurately to tell me whether the new stovetop will fit in the prior stovetop's cut out in the granite counter top. he did no even measure that and did not give any information regarding that. It looked like he was there just to fill out paperwork that he was there and could then collect his money from Best Buy

Measurement was first completed by Best Buy the day after my purchase. He then contracted a vendor to come out and measure again width my understanding, the vendor was to perform the cut to widen the hole. Then vendor came and only measured saying he could not do the work. I had to get it widened myself

Haven't had it long enough to give it a reliability rating, but we are happy so far with the unit.

very nice dryer; however, I really wish there was also delicate (low) setting - now, I have to hang dry majority of my clothes because this dryer only has medium & high settings - space was limited so this GE dryer was my only option - I’ve always liked GE products - my washer, fridge, & dishwasher are GE

I was given a time frame of 7:30 am - 11 am in a text the day before. The day of the appointment I received another text after 8 am, with a tracking link, saying the driver would arrive around 8:27 am. The link counted down the minutes for 30 minutes and then said the arrival time was "soon". I heard nothing after that until he called at 11 am and said he would arrive in 40 minutes. I told him I would wait until 11:45 am but then had to leave for work. He arrived at 11:47. I lost 3 hours of work that day because I didn't know if "soon" actually meant the driver was going to arrive soon. I'm told this was a third party company, Innovative Freight Systems, not Geek Squad.
