The LG tower washer dryer os vey good so far. It was delivered this past wednesday june 14

Technician visited site 10 days ago, to measure and recommend a replacement washer-dryer that would fit. After the visit nothing! No follow-up. No recommendation. No text. No email. Nothing. We don't exist. I pay Best Buy for their "Best Buy Total Membership" for which I get virtually nothing. I will not be renewing it, and I guess I will have to get my washer dryer from somebody else who wants to sell me one.

Always a pleasure to welcome these two genlemen into our home. The come in, take a look, do what they have to do, and then they give you some reassurances, and leave. 1-2-3. Gives one confidence that the intsall will go well. Don't hesitate to have them in. They are alos quite clean about their work.

On time. Exhibited skill and experience. Very knowledgeable and easily answered questions.

Measurements were off compared to what we already had. They did not match up to what we measured 100% and did not even match the specs we had from the manual for our already installed appliances. We were also told incorrect information about products being on the same circuit breaker when an electrician told us this was false. In addition, they never told us that the products would not fit so when they were delivered, they installers THEN told us they would not fit and had to return them and now we have to go through the entire process AGAIN, SO FRUSTRATING. Staff were very nice at least.

Appliance site survey guy was punctual, quick to analyze, professional.

Nicest guys, on time, in and out quickly. Would be happy to use same if needed again. Great job!

This unit matches the rest of my appliances perfectly. It was easily installed and works just fine. Looking forward to using some of the timing and cleaning functions this offers. The first "bake" yielded great results.

Don't buy any appliance without using this service. I tried measuring myself, but couldn't be sure of a fit for my appliances, Having a professional measure will give you confidence that appliances will fit.

They showed up during the time they said they would and submitted the information by the time they said they would. I was satisfied with everything.

Had Site survey come out and confirm water line and door opening to make sure refridgerator would fit and could be installed. Site surevey team took measurements and said I could call in a few hours to confirm that the refridgerator was all set to be delivered and installed. I called as instructed and person who answered seemed unsure and after a brief hold confirmed delivery was still on schedule. I called a 2nd time to confirm that both the door opening and the waterline was all set as I know the door opening was only slightly bigger then the refridgerator. The person I spoke with put me on hold and wanted to check with the Survey team, after a long hold said they confirmed everything was going to fit and be installed. When the Delivery team arrived 2 days later they immediately said that the refridgerator could not be delevered as the door opening was to narrrow even though i was told twice and confirmed it would fit. The delivery team left with our new refridgerator and had to go back to Best Buy to get a refund. This was a ery disappointing experience, especially when I called twice and told everything was going to fit..

The pre-measure went OK. However, no one from Best Buy has followed up. We are in need of a new range!

Stovetop and double oven were delivered and installed promptly and are working as expected. The only complaint I have is the double oven oven did not come with a manual.

Hey - This combination KitchenAid oven/microwave is awesome! Best Buy measured the old unit, had a KitchenAid in stock to match our refrigerator and installed it quickly.

It was nice to know the appliances we ordered would fit in the spaces we had. We actually had to switch the microwave we originally picked out. It was good to know so we could resolve it BEFORE it was delivered!
