Purchased 4/12 Delivered 4/16 Still not properly installed today after crew was late. Then they wouldn’t wait a few minutes for us to grind the tile down by 1/3 inch. The measurements from Best Buy were off. Now we are waiting until the next crew arrives on Monday. Wish us luck.

After 3 times attempted delivery (1 month without a fridge) they still didn’t get it right. The area they supposedly measured TWICE did not fit the fridge I ordered. They also scratched my wooden floors whilst delivering and then the guy asked me to sign that they delivered. I mentioned the scratched floor and he then changed the contract to say they had scratched the floors. He wanted me to sign hoping I didn’t notice because it was VERY obvious. I had to get my contractor to come and try to fix the fridge area since it looked so poorly done. They hadn’t installed it correctly. They also installed without turning the water back on which you are supposed to do before pushing the fridge back into the recessed area.

Alex, our consultant, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Overall service was outstanding. He went above and beyond with customer service and had made it easy to make our decision to purchase. Also the transaction went very smooth and easy.

Installation was fast and efficient. Service was excellent. Oven is easy to use.

Bought a 36" Whirlpool electric counter stovetop. Its great, so happy I chose this one. Am enjoying how fast it heats up and works.

Me and my household have been without an oven for almost three months due to improper measurements and the cancellation and reschedule of two ovens that have not fit. The techs refuse to put my old oven back in until Best Buy could have a rep assist with locating a correct size oven using their measurements. Horrible communication and customer service through this entire process.

The Best Buy Technician came to the house pre-delivery to confirm that all was indeed ready to receive the new Refreg. with no problems but found several plumbing issues needed

Great oven. The oven is easy to use and it heats evenly.

Required for installing built in appliances. Makes installation easier and more predictable.

Visit scheduled for 20181201. Supposed 2B between 12:00-18:00. NO SHOW within that time frame. Got a phone call about 19:00 saying they were in Salem & would be to my house in about a half hour. ( Who can get from Salem to Aloha in a half hour? ) I told the guy to go home & get some rest. He seemed glad to be off the hook. Tried calling the Beaverton store to reschedule & never got through. I am not too happy a camper with BB at this time.

The install was good. The range came in damaged from top left side. Rep called it in. Will wait for a replacement range.

Tech team did was polite and professional. Showed up on time and was very neat

They left a giant plastic shipping sticker on the front of my machine. When I peel it off it left a 12x6 piece of white film on the stainless finish that will not come off. I’ve called Best Buy multiple times and they always say they are scheduling someone to come but never do.
