Not very helpful. We thought there would be more advice, not just measuring. He said someone would contact us but nobody did. We called back and left a message but did not get a call. We bought our new microwave and trim kit from Home Depot to save $50

The oven that i originally purchased was not a good fit ,,,it would have required 3 cuts…the technicians were very patient while we called customer service to change the order for an oven that did fit.

Showed up within the designated time. Were professional, efficient, polite and answered my questions. Would recommend this service as I can say enough about how good they were. Noting more to add so guess I won't meet the minimum number of words required.

We bought this for the freezer and it was absolutely perfect for our space and just what we were looking for!

Unfortunately the service person didn't send me a recommendation for a specific dryer to properly fit the space and that's the whole reason I called them since that's what the representative did at my other house. For this reason it was very disappointing.

The tech guy who came to the house knows what he is doing. He was respectful and professional.

Desktop w good memory and SSD was what I wanted and the form function is good the USB ports are easy to get to. I wanted it off the desk.

Glad we got this model. Still I wish I could adjust water level, but is not possible with the 24 inch wide model. (You can adjust the level with the 27 inch wide model.

Whirlpool refrigerator rolls. No breaks Ana’s no legs. Ice maker drips all the time. I wouldn’t recommend this fridge.

I was scheduled for an oven install on a Tuesday and a pre-measure on Monday. Got called on Monday and was told the pre-measure was moved to Wednesday. Since that was a day after the install, I told them to forget it. The installers by the way were incredibly good.

Replaced an older GE refrigerator with the larger LG model. So far the LG machine is excellent.

They provided really great service. Looking to purchase a new microwave and the site survey provided all necessary info needed to move forward.

On January 9, 2020, a site survey was done to insure the wall oven/microwave combo unit would fit. Also, it was determined what costs there might be to install the unit. Modification costs were given. There were no hidden costs or surprises. It was all out in the open. We felt the service person (Enrique) was fully competent and knew exactly what he was doing. It was also a plus for us to have this service done at no charge to us. Thank you!

Great service by knowledgeable and professional employee. I go to Best Buy whenever I need appliances, TV, computer, etc. Always have what I need .. will continue to do so.

Great electric cooktop heated real quick. Double ovens are AWESOME now can bake 2 things at once.
