THE GENTLEMAN WHO MEASURED THE SPACE FOR THE MICROWAVE OVER THE RANGE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. TOOK MAYBE TEN TO FIFTEEN MINUTES TO GET AN ACCURATE MEASUREMENT.

Two separate measure had to be made. First indicated that desired cook top would not fit. Second measure for a different cook top was approved.

The two men came out to make sure that we would not have any conflict. They assured us that the new unit would fit. They were correct.

I would highly recommend that anyone having an appliance installed also have a site survey/Pre-measure done before your appliance is delivered. I had a tight fit and if I had requested one from the point of purchase a lot of issues that came up at delivery never would have happened. I will always request one in the futurre.

My husband and I went into the store (11/8/23) and asked to schedule someone to come out to our home and help us with ordering the correct size oven and built in microwave that would fit our older home. This is a free service. Long story made shorter, we were double booked (Geek Squad and 3rd party Co.) for the wrong service ( install), and neither showed. We didn't know it was the wrong service until we went back to speak to a manager. No one via the Geek Squad phone service could answer our questions about what went wrong and why 2 different groups were booked. If all had gone as planned we would have had an oven for Thanksgiving with no charge for install or haul away, as we were on the old Total Tech plan. Had to go back to store and get a manager involved. The manager was courteous and helpful. Currently waiting to see if we can get it taken care of. The rating is for the initial handling. I will write a corrected review if they follow through this time.

The gentleman that came to pre-measure my cutout for a wall-oven replacement was punctual, professional, and very thorough. He pulled out the current wall oven and measured the cutout, the current wall oven, the trim pieces around the wall oven, and everything else in between. I believe he even measured twice to double check his findings to make sure they were accurate.

The information that comes with the product is very limited in explaining how the appliance works. The instructions are very difficult to follow and limited in the explanation.

Before my appointment I received a phone call from one of the gentleman coming to measure. He explained that my house was a new build and I did not need the measurement. I had to insist that I would like the service that I requested because my husband and I had specific questions. The gentleman ( I’m being nice) decide for himself I did not need the service I requested and did not come. Thankfully his coworker that was with him did show and answered all of our questions. At least one of the employees is committed to their job. Which is nice to see and getting more rare every day.

Love our new Kitchen Aid double ovens and microwave. Great looking and very functional!
