    Andrew at Pacific Sales in Tampa Best Buy has provided the best customer experience that anyone could ask for or expect. From product overview, putting the best package together, follow up, communications concerning any changes, flexible and always very responsive. He’s the type of person that deserves recognition for everything he does. Excellent job and thank you for everything

    My new refrigerator is awesome, my wife asked me if she could have a total remodel of our kitchen. She asked for new stainless steel appliances from Samsung and said she wanted the Family hub refrigerator. Well one year later I am the husband of the year with a year long of get out of trouble free cards.

    I somewhat understand the logic. However, the timeframe required and being mandatory reduces customer service. Placing all customers in the same category in annoying. Credit scores provide an avenue to ensure customers aren't treated the same. I am in new construction house, replacing the original oven, which I checked the manual to verify size. My knowledge is ignored and my delivery is delayed. They verified exactly as I stated and then another week to get delivery. Poor process and even worse during pandemic as best buy communication is slim to none.

    Luis with Best Buy did the pre measure for our ovens. He was efficient and professional. He answered our questions and set us up for the install with Lonestar Appliance Installations.

    This service is a must have before any appliance install. We tried the do it yourself method and we failed. The technician resolved all our issues much to our surprise and its FREE!

    BestBuy came to my house for a site survey for a major appliance purchase. They did not seem really interested in doing the job. Among other things, I wanted them to measure for a refrigerator delivery and install. I pointed out all the narrow points that might be a problem getting it into the house. All they said was they could do it. Well, the refrigerator arrived, and delivery crew said it would not fit. Also, survey crew stated they might or might not be able to install a cook top because they might or might not have the right blade to cut counter if required. It would just be left and I could hire a handy man to install--totally contrary to what website states. Overall, they failed to add much value, seemed generally disinterested, and offered endless excuses. Nobody seems to be in charge at BestBuy. With respect to appliances, they are trying to provide a complex service with text messages, foreign call centers, and disinterested "trusted third party providers." This may work for things like tv's, cell phones, or computers and peripherals. It does not work for major appliance sales and installation. Very disappointed.

    The gentlemen were very professional and assured me that the range I selected would fit the cutout. Which it did when delivered this week.

    Measurements were off. Told us to purchase installing materials then delivery day sent us to Lowe’s for additional materials

    In my case a preview was not really very helpful. The installer needed the range before he could actually make the modifications that were necessary for the installation. Jennaire’s video for the installation didn’t show how to install the downdraft in the wall.

    This Washing Machine has a Nice Large Drum. This Washing Machine makes Too Loud of a Noise when the Water is filling up and seems like at the begging of the Wash Cycle. Would prefer a All Around Quite Running Machine.

    Johnny Ramos from First Choice Home Services was excellent in taking the measurements for the pre installation of our electric cooktop. He arrives early within the arrival time window and took the measurements quickly, but efficiently.

    Great service in kitchen appliance installation

    I bought a JennAir set of cooktop, oven with microwave, and a warming oven to replace aging appliances. BestBuy sent a specialist to make sure the appliances would fit the existing cabinet cutouts and the installation crew did an excellent job of making sure that all appliances worked as desired. They also replaced a faceplate that was dented slightly during transportation.

    I have been wait for my range hood outside vent cover to be install for the last 6 months The store manager states that everything was shown as completed in March this year I told him that I still have the cover sitting in a box in my home but not installed Also brought a complete new sonos 2 system to replaced my existing one since the Greek squad couldn’t update the new sonos like they said they could while they where trying to do the update they completely wiped out 4 of my 5 internet networks I had to hired a computer network company to fix the which included a NEW Firewall that was fried by them I told my sale person and he turn it over to his manager who then has the balls to tell I received and got all services I brought installed in March Still don’t have all of the sonos system install because the installers took three of the NEW sono to replace with the rt pieces they needed to make my system work Also they told me that I needed another piece of equipment to get my new system to work which still doesn’t

    Helloing Best Buy: Lap top here at the house, still in original packaging, and as of today, July 9, 2021......... Not Opened. So, review is in holding status. Get back to you later.

    The service that you have for delivery and installation are the WORSE. They can't follow simple instructions. If you look out my records you will see all my complains since January until now. I have spent weeks trying to solve the problems, Calling daily to make sure that they follow the instructions. Take off from work to accommodate you, Spent days trying to speak with someone reliable but it is imposible since they put you on hold for hours. Finally, one time I was able to speak with supervisor, she assured me hat this time will not happene again. Why I was not surprize when they try to do deliveron February 8 only two people show up. Is not way that they could bring the refrigerator two the second floor using the stairs. In general I would rate -0- FOR CUSTOMER SERVICES, FOR DELIVERY, ETC. My new appointment is for February 13, call before they are on their way, we need 4 people, delivery requested at AM, i hope this time yiour company check carefully the instructions and do not fail again. I have take to many days from work, but I can't continued doing this. Is the worse experience that I ever had,
