I did not purchace anything, a tech came by to measure for product to be installed, but so far no one has followed up on purchasing products.

We didn't have a existing waterline to hook our refrigerator too. A new one had to be installed. We found the technicians to be quick with their assessment of what was needed as far as parts were concerned, then promptly scheduled a second appointment for installation of the new waterline.

Crew was on time and measured, explained what was needed in terms of cabinetry modification (old oven is bigger than new one) including cost estimate. However, they did not notice/mention that we'd need a plumber to fix the valve at the gas line. When the oven was finally delivered 4 months later, the installers said we need a plumber. This was a week after a snowstorm that froze pipes and no plumber was available. Had we been told in October, the valve would have been ready for the install.

Technician called to announce he was on the way, arrived on time, was courteous and respectful. He measured everything thoroughly and made sure to answer any questions I had. He literally took our cooktop/oven apart so that he could measure everything accurately. Great guy!

Excellent service provided so that proper fit, installation, and property access are determined before delivery.

The appliances such as the microwave, garbage disposal, & dishwasher were products we purchased from Best Buy. Jay provided excellent assistance!

I recently scheduled an appliance site survey or pre-measure in anticipation of a smooth and hassle-free appliance installation process. Unfortunately, the survey did not live up to my expectations, The surveyor arrived significantly later than the scheduled time. The purpose of a site survey is to gather crucial information for a successful appliance installation. They didn't thoroughly assess the space for fridge and inaccurate measures. That resulted with an incomplete installation and had to spend additional money to hire people to accommodate space . This alone resulted in additional 3 more appointments. I had high expectations from best buy that for a seamless installation process.

First off, this service was offered by best buy but was preformed by a third party. I needed measurements for several appliances in my kitchen. Totally horrible experience. 2 young, smug guys arrived and parked in front of my neighbor's driveway (BTW this is a rural area with tons of space for parking and only my car there). I came out and told them they needed to move their van and they replied "no we don't" to which I replied "yes you do". After they moved the van they came in and I said let's start with the above the range microwave. The area had already had an above the range microwave installed there before so I was hoping I was good to go. No, they insisted that I needed to install tile in the area where there was no tile (behind where the microwave would be). When I asked why, they arrogantly told me to "just trust us, just do it, we know what we are talking about". Eventually like 20 mins later they explained that the area needed to be flat (there was tile on the wall below where the mv would be). OK I can understand and work with that but no I didn't not need to install tile to make that happened, it would have been a total waste of time and money. Next I said, ok, this is the area I have for a refrigerator. They looked at it from across the room and said definitively "18 cubic foot". Really? I asked if they needed to measure it, "no we don't need to measure it, we can tell from looking at it". Really? Well I measured it and I have less than 55" for the door to open. "Oh well, in that case then an 18 cf won't work". DUH! I am not an idiot, I measured all my spaces. But since the service was "free", and I figured they were "experts", and there are a lot of variables to the equation (door opening space, window placement, etc) I thought it might be helpful and that perhaps they would have some recommendations of fridges that would fit the space, but they didn't. I am not even going to mention the discussion of my washer dryer and range except to say again, total waste of time. I am thankful that this service was free (= reimbursed bc of purchases I had already made). I was actually pretty upset by the time they left. These guys were idiots.

The service men were the best I have ever had in my home. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Worked quickly and were very careful when moving item in the house.

This was yet another demonstration of the disorganization of your company. We bought some items for our house and tried to get the GEEK squad to help with installation and some other computer issues that have gone unresolved for quite a while. Not only did anyone not contact us about a site visit for these purposes someone else called to make an appointment for appliance installation. We attempted to explain that we did not need the appliance assistance but accepted an appointment for weeks later. BTW- when we did need appliance assistance we were put off for a month. We are getting pretty fed up with the not being able to solve our tech issues. I am requesting a response from someone in a local San Antonio store to get to the bottom of this nonsense. If we do not hear from someone within three business days, we intend to cancel our squad subscription. PS-you folks can't even let me say my piece conveniently. Now I have HAD to answer your dumb "break it down questions" before I can submit my grieveances. D Pyle

Great appliances that look great are easy and efficient

Person who came to measure our area was very knowledgeable about what would work in our unusual space. And suggested how we should do it.

Great selection of items to choose from, with a staff that was more than willing to patiently explain differences as well as advantages for each item and provide comparison summaries for each category. Installation team was also on time and excellent at their work and did everything possible to ensure the best installation.

The installer came the day they were scheduled to deliver and told me I needed to make updates to my laundry area to pass code. They also said they would look for parts needed for the install. They never followed up and after two weeks I called BestBuy back and it turns out, they never communicated back w/ the store. They wasted over a month of my time. I wanted to work w/ another installer but customer service said I would'nt know until the day before the install but by then, I'd already have possession of the merchandise. I was so disappointed with the lack of communication and the experience as a whole, I canceled the entire order and purchased the set elsewhere. Overall, I was disappointed w/ the entire experience. I felt the installer didn't want to do the job and did everything in their power to have me so fed up that I would just install it myself.

Kyle and his team mate were great! He has told me he can install my stove top which is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow 12/22

The rep that came to my house was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! He went above and beyond and was incredibly kind, quick and efficient!

The guys were very professional. They measured everything t make sure the oven would fit perfectly and the gas connection was available. Great Job!
