The salesman was very knowledgeable about the refrigerator that I had been researching. He also helped me schedule an appointment for an installer to come to our home to give us options for a new wall oven. The purchase of the refrigerator and scheduling was completed very quickly.

The two men that came to do the pre-install measurements were professional yet warm at the same time. They reassured us that the appliances we ordered will fit so we hope that will be the case. Overall very pleased.

I am reviewing the lack of customer care in setting up and managing appointments...
How do I give 0 stars?! first appt scheduled for a Tuesday since that is the only day they come to my area. Appt cancelled by install company (XPO) because they "only come to my area on Saturdays" - WHAT? why would Best Buy pick Tuesday if that isn't a possible day? OK - Saturday appt set up... waited all day - no show. I called and guess what? Appt rescheduled (without informing me of change!) because - you guessed it... they only come to my area on Tuesdays!!!! So here it is Tuesday and again we have a no show... Install company decided they would do the PRE-MEASURE on day of installation - again without bothering to inform me of their decision. How can they do a PRE-measure on the day of installation and how can they deicide it is okay to not tell the customer of these changes?

We had an in-home site survey/pre-measure done for our new range. We have not yet had the range delivered (it's been backordered), but the person who came to do the site survey was on time, and very professional.

Too bad zero is not an option. I made an appointment and was given a 12 hour time frame. No one showed up. I spent two more hours trying to find out why. Never got a good answer. Went elsewhere to buy an oven. Customer service is a joke. And the person who was supposed to have come to my house was a third party that Best Buy outsources. Stay away from Best Buy. And then I received a call asking how the purchase went!!!

Absolutely terrible - you cancelled my first appt without telling me - I drove 300 miles round trip for the appt,. and they never showed up for the second appointment the following Tuesday - your installers said they came but I was out on the driveway waiting for them and they never showed although they told someone they did - We have a gate and the gate said they never came all day and we have a camera and there is no record of a Best Buy truck - I would never trust you in my home again!

Failed survey results in destroyed stove

I had 3 separate surveys done. The first survey said the stove was the wrong one (needed downdraft) however i did purchase a downdraft stove. The second survey said it could not be installed. After I talked to Bestbuy representative, they sent another survey team who said the stove can be installed with a $350 modification. When they attempted to install it they brought the wrong cord. They took the cord off of my old stove and ruined it. They plugged in the new stove and shorted it out ruining a $3300 stove. which now I have to wait until January 16, 2024 to get a new one. Plus they put back my old stove and it cannot function since they ruined the cord. The survey should have noted the plug needed. I paid for a new cord as well.
