Jason and the Crew were very courteous and answered any questions and concerns I had concerning the upcoming install

First off, this service was offered by best buy but was preformed by a third party. I needed measurements for several appliances in my kitchen. Totally horrible experience. 2 young, smug guys arrived and parked in front of my neighbor's driveway (BTW this is a rural area with tons of space for parking and only my car there). I came out and told them they needed to move their van and they replied "no we don't" to which I replied "yes you do". After they moved the van they came in and I said let's start with the above the range microwave. The area had already had an above the range microwave installed there before so I was hoping I was good to go. No, they insisted that I needed to install tile in the area where there was no tile (behind where the microwave would be). When I asked why, they arrogantly told me to "just trust us, just do it, we know what we are talking about". Eventually like 20 mins later they explained that the area needed to be flat (there was tile on the wall below where the mv would be). OK I can understand and work with that but no I didn't not need to install tile to make that happened, it would have been a total waste of time and money. Next I said, ok, this is the area I have for a refrigerator. They looked at it from across the room and said definitively "18 cubic foot". Really? I asked if they needed to measure it, "no we don't need to measure it, we can tell from looking at it". Really? Well I measured it and I have less than 55" for the door to open. "Oh well, in that case then an 18 cf won't work". DUH! I am not an idiot, I measured all my spaces. But since the service was "free", and I figured they were "experts", and there are a lot of variables to the equation (door opening space, window placement, etc) I thought it might be helpful and that perhaps they would have some recommendations of fridges that would fit the space, but they didn't. I am not even going to mention the discussion of my washer dryer and range except to say again, total waste of time. I am thankful that this service was free (= reimbursed bc of purchases I had already made). I was actually pretty upset by the time they left. These guys were idiots.

We had an in-home site survey/pre-measure done for our new range. We have not yet had the range delivered (it's been backordered), but the person who came to do the site survey was on time, and very professional.

Product was back ordered for almost two weeks, delivery window changed twice and was delivery after the window at 800pm. When called the customer service personnel at 600pn I was told there were only two deliveries before me and one installation arrival time 700pm . Called around 800pm to find out where was the item and I was told there were behind schedule with three customers before me. Delivery arrived 5 minutes after I hanged up with the customer representative

The measurement was fast and very professionally done. Best of all it was done at no cost.

I had 3 separate surveys done. The first survey said the stove was the wrong one (needed downdraft) however i did purchase a downdraft stove. The second survey said it could not be installed. After I talked to Bestbuy representative, they sent another survey team who said the stove can be installed with a $350 modification. When they attempted to install it they brought the wrong cord. They took the cord off of my old stove and ruined it. They plugged in the new stove and shorted it out ruining a $3300 stove. which now I have to wait until January 16, 2024 to get a new one. Plus they put back my old stove and it cannot function since they ruined the cord. The survey should have noted the plug needed. I paid for a new cord as well.

Horrible service, I know the guy come from a good place, but for a mediocre work, we been withouta range since Aug 20th, by today (Nov 29th) the installation cannot be completed due a lack of information given to the "expert" that come that day. He measure the space and now is 3in shorter, also they recommend a range that only works with jucntion box now we have to pay extra money to an external contractor to set the electric to finally get the range install. Costumer service is horrible, my appointment was moved 5 times and the deliver date was changed 3 times without notice. Now i vbe been abput 45 mins on the phone trying to get some solutiions, and no even compensation or regret for the worse service ever.

The worst customer experience ever! The Bosch dishwasher I bought did not fit and they took it back to the warehouse. I arranged for a site survey the following week. They did the survey but never gave me the results and no one called me. When I called them, they helped me identify a new LG dishwasher that is supposed to fit. It has been over six weeks, they appear to have misplaced the Bosch dishwasher and have now charged my credit card. I have called at least 10 time and can never speak with the same person. The Bosch dishwasher appears to be in transit and until they find it they will not credit my account. They have not made the exchange and I continue to call on an almost daily basis and have not been able to resolve the matter. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.

I am reviewing the lack of customer care in setting up and managing appointments... How do I give 0 stars?! first appt scheduled for a Tuesday since that is the only day they come to my area. Appt cancelled by install company (XPO) because they "only come to my area on Saturdays" - WHAT? why would Best Buy pick Tuesday if that isn't a possible day? OK - Saturday appt set up... waited all day - no show. I called and guess what? Appt rescheduled (without informing me of change!) because - you guessed it... they only come to my area on Tuesdays!!!! So here it is Tuesday and again we have a no show... Install company decided they would do the PRE-MEASURE on day of installation - again without bothering to inform me of their decision. How can they do a PRE-measure on the day of installation and how can they deicide it is okay to not tell the customer of these changes?

It was a very positive experience. The customer service representatives who came to verify the measurements were very polite, friendly and thorough. Very professional!

So, had this scheduled after purchasing a fridge that didn’t fit. First, a guy called the day before asking at the last minute could he come because the guy who is SUPPOSED to do it didn't want to drive that far....no...stick to the schedule. Next day (original day of appointment)...this guy shows up in slippers like he just got out of bed...took the measurements and told me someone would be in touch. Never heard from anyone...went on BestBuy.com and purchased a different fridge for a 11/10 delivery. Two days before the delivery, they canceled my delivery and said they couldn't come back out until 11/20...purchased my fridge from HomeDepot.com that night and they delivered on 11/10...fast delivery...no excuses.

I had difficulty in getting audio from a relatively new Roku player. THe representative understood my issue and was very patient helping me adjust the settings on my TV, making sure that I understood the steps to take in the future and waiting while I tested it out.
